HGH Optimization Protein Shake Regardless of which HGH product you use here is a protein smoothie that will help put your physiology into a very healthy state. Protein is recognized world-wide for its superior nutritional ability to enhance HGH supplementation. Athletes, trainers, nutritionists, and physicians use this easy to make shake to provide extraordinary nutrition which is typically not available in the average diet. [1] [2] When you spend money on HGH supplements you can push the odds in your favor of getting better results by the addition of a protein shake.

Why the HGH Optimization Power Shake? Optimizing your physiology means putting it into a state where it operates more efficiently. [4] Having a more efficient physiology [3] will enable you to receive much better benefits [5] from an HGH supplement.

What will you feel? After 3-4 days you will certainly feel the difference this powerhouse of a drink delivers. You will feel a noticeable increase in energy.

Ingredients: 2 ice cubes 1 banana 2 tablespoons of low-fat yogurt 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries 2 heaping tablespoons of ground flaxseed [6] 1-2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil (start with 1 and after a week or so go to 2 – we use Barlean’s) 2 tablespoons of whey or soy protein 1 teaspoon of Norwegian cod liver oil Lemon Flavored (we use Carlson) 1 cup of orange juice

Instructions: Combine the ice cubes, yogurt, banana, blueberries, and orange juice. Blend to smoothie consistency. As it is blending add the cod liver oil, flaxseed oil, ground flaxseed and finally the whey or soy protein. As soon as the protein is mixed turn the blender off. Do not over blend, as over blending tears down the structure of the protein. Try to drink the smoothie as soon after blending as possible. The longer it sits it will tend to thicken up, because of the flaxseed. The absolute best time for the HGH Optimization Power Shake is first thing in the morning, it is a GREAT way to start

the day.

So why are the ingredients so special? Ground flax seed: [7] Literally acts as a tooth brush scouring the walls of your intestines. Doing so helps cleanse your intestines and enables you to digest food more efficiently. High quality milled flax seed has 22% protein, and it is complete with all the essential amino acids. Flaxseed oil: [8] Provides Omega 3 fatty acids Acts as a buffer for excess stomach acids Lubricates and absorbs toxins Prevents toxic build-up in the bowel Contains lignans that have anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-cancer properties Have the richest source of lignans, 100 times more than the next best source, wheat bran Contains lecithin which emulsifies fat and cholesterol Norwegian cod liver oil: I know, it sounds disgusting. But seriously, give it a try. Remember – “Lemon Flavored.” Provides your diet with a nifty three-letter health powerhouse: EPA (short for eicosapentaenoic) [9] which is one of the most deficient elements of the common persons diet. It is a long-chain Omega-3 essential fatty acid that Norwegian cod liver oil just happens to be full of EPA which which helps in preventing heart disease and circulatory troubles. It’s well known that omega-3s help lower triglycerides. Acts as a natural blood thinner and helps reduce platelet “stickiness” Helps alleviate mood disorders Helps regulate immune function Banana Potassium The rest of the ingredients are for taste and consistency.
