Instructions: Combine the ice cubes, yogurt, banana, blueberries, and orange juice. Blend to smoothie consistency. As it is blending add the cod liver oil, flaxseed oil, ground flaxseed and finally the whey or soy protein. As soon as the protein is mixed turn the blender off. Do not over blend, as over blending tears down the structure of the protein. Try to drink the smoothie as soon after blending as possible.
