Music reduces stress by reducing the cortisol levels (known as the stress hormone). Musical genres such as Jazz, Bluegrass or Soft Rock proved to be very effective.

Listen to ambient music if you want to boost your creativity. Unlike loud music which can decrease our concentration, moderate levels of noise not only increase concentration but also stimulate abstract thought.

Primavera Sound Porto ‘15

É a 4ª edição do festival na cidade do Porto e vai decorrer entre os dias 4 e 6 de junho.

O evento vai realizar-se no Parque da Cidade, o maior parque urbano do país (tem 83 hectares), localizado em frente à praia e de fácil acesso através de transportes públicos. Juntando a natureza do parque, o pôr do sol e a música, os concertos do final do dia oferecem-lhe uma imagem inesquecível com sabor a verão e vontade de voltar, sempre. Vai querer perder?

meo out jazz Mais um ano com música ao ar livre a animar os jardins da capital.

Como já é costume, entre maio e setembro, o Meo Out Jazz invade os jardins de Lisboa.

Todos os sábados, a partir das 17h00, há bandas a tocar e DJ sets. Os espaços são os mais variados, sendo que, no último sábado de cada mês, o evento realiza-se na Praça Martim Moniz. Já aos domingos, o final da tarde é marcado por concertos de Jazz, terminando também com um DJ. O acesso é gratuito e é um dos eventos mais conhecidos na capital.

In Lisbon - Meo Out Jazz One more year with outdoor music to bring life to the gardens of the capital.

As usual, between May and September, the Meo Out Jazz takes over the gardens of Lisbon.

Every Saturday, from 5.00 pm there are bands playing and DJ sets. The spaces are very different, and, on the last Saturday of each month, the event is held at the Praça Martim Moniz. On Sundays, the late afternoon is marked by Jazz concerts, ending with a DJ set.

Access is free and this is one of the most famous events in the capital.

SERRALVES EM FESTA The largest festival of contemporary artistic expression in Portugal and one of the largest in Europe is back.

São 40h seguidas de programação com espetáculos de dança, teatro, cinema, vídeo ou fotografia, entre muitos outros.

A entrada é gratuita e, este ano, vai realizar-se no fim de semana de 30 e 31 de maio.

Fique no HF Ipanema Park e vá de bicicleta ou mesmo a pé. A Fundação de Serralves encontra-se a um passo de distância do hotel.
