14. Return remover control selector valve (9) to its original position. The procedure for switching is as follows.

1) Stow remover links (14) and (16) in their original position.

2) Turn the engine starting switch OFF

3) Set so that the arrow on the head of remover control selector valve (9) is in the condition shown in View Y, then tighten with bolt (10) and lever (11). Tightening torque: 9 8 - 1 2 3 N m ( 1 0 - 1 2 5 k g f m , 72.3-90.4lbft)

15. Operate lock switches (2) and (3) inside the pump chamber to FREE position (d).

Remark

Turn the engine starting switch OFF before operating the lock switches. If the starting switch is ON and the lock switches are operated, error (E07) is displayed on the machine monitor inside the cab. This is not a failure, but normal operations cannot be carried out when error (E07) is being displayed. If error (E07) is displayed, turn the starting switch to the OFF position, then turn it ON again. Error (E07) display will go out.

16. Add grease through the grease fitting. Always carry out greasing each time the counterweight is removed.

Caution

Always stop the engine before operating the remover control selector valve.

1. Make sure that lock lever (1) in the operator's cab is in the LOCK (L) position.

2. Operate lock switches (2) and (3) inside the pump chamber to LOCK position (c).

Remark

Turn the engine starting switch OFF before operating the lock switches. If the starting switch is ON and the lock switches are operated, error (E07) is displayed on the machine monitor inside the cab.

This is not a failure, but normal operations cannot be carried out when error (E07) is being displayed. If error (E07) is displayed, turn the starting switch to the OFF position, then turn it ON again. Error (E07) display will go out.

3. Remove grip (5), cover (6) and step (7).

4. Remove grip (20), catcher (21) - only the one on the left side of the machine - and bolts (22) and (23).
