Roof System Install metal Roofing with base metal thickness of 0.42mm. Install safety mesh on the roof generally for contractor safety. Cover the structure with waterproof membrane Plumber fix the gutters before roof covering. Install thermal insulation (IN-02) Bradford Gold ceiling batts and Bradford Anticon Roof Blanket under. Install flashing, roof shading and cappings on the roof. Faรงade cladding fix system and then install the final roof cladding to that.

BEDROOM 4

Intermediate Floor Structure Carpenter will place the bearers first, then the timber joists. Timber strip flooring being installed and trimmed. Install thermal insulation (IN-03) on level one floor between floor joists.

09 Ceiling Structure 1 9mm villaboard (CL-03) fully taped onto the ceiling of conservatory. Allow 200mm minimum clearamce for spaces building louver actuators. Carpet finish over structural flooring

Wall Systems Brick work being done. Waterproofing layer for bricks being install. Install the thermal insulation on the external wall with thickness of 120mm. Openings for windows & doors are left during brickworks. Lintels being install. Install VM zinc cladding on the east facade Window Systems Window manufacturers start to do measurement. Timber, windows and doors are fabricated Window frames (180 x 60 aluminium mullion) should be placed and finished by dulux powder coat. Construction stages 1-5, summary

STAGE 01. Foundation systems: Excavation, demolition, footing 1.1 After obtaining building permit, hoardings are being wrapped 1.2 Demolishing work being undertaken and the debris and rubbishes are carried out of the site 1.3 Excavation by machines such as backhoe and a bulldozer to clean the crew clears the site of rocks, debris and trees 1.4 Site office is established and temporary services being set up 1.5 Site set out: Land surveyor works out the site boundary and boundary are pegged 1.6 Complete layout is marked on the ground with accurate dimension and orientation

STAGE 02. Foundation systems: Retainment and service pipes layout 2.1 Measuring out the design on the site 2.2 The foundation is laid out: Conduct the earthworks, level the site and put up the wooden formwork being as a template for pouring the concrete for footings 2.3 All the drains are now put in place 2.4 Install moisture barrier and special mesh for termite protection 2.5 Install rigid foam and rebar before pouring concrete slabs 2.6 In-ground service pipes are set out: Electrical outlets and plumbing pipes that run through the slab 2.7 Trenches being dug and footings has been digged out

STAGE 03. FLOOR SYSTEM: BASEMENT AND GROUND FLOOR STRUCTURE 3.1 Install formwork for blinding concrete and to rich ground adequate bearing capacity 3.2 Before pouring the concrete, the engineer would typically inspect 3.3 Reinforcement steel being installed and then prepare to the concrete pouring into the mould, allow concrete to cure once the concrete cure to adequate strength 3.4 After the concrete is cured, waterproofing membrane is being installed 3.5 Lay the sand bed 3.6 Void former being installed

STAGE 04. STRUCTURAL SYSTEM: PREPARATION AND COMPLETION OF BUILDING FRAME/STRUCTURE 4.1 Reinforcement steel bars being installed 4.2 Timber framing start from bottom level up to the first floor 4.3 Roof trusses get fixed in place 4.4 The installation of internal and external support structure has been done 4.5 Engineers, plumbers and electricians are able to install pipes for water, gas and power

STAGE 05. INTERMEDIATE FLOOR STRUCTURE 5.1 scaffolding start to be built to get to higher ground 5.2 Carpenter will place the bearers first, then the timber joists 5.3 Timber strip flooring being installed and trimmed 5.4 Install thermal insulation (IN-03) on level one floor between floor joists

STAGE 06. ROOF SYSTEM: ROOF STRUCTURE AND COVER 6.1 Roof frames being constructed and put into the right position 6.2 Install metal Roofing (RF-01) over bedroom 4 with base metal thickness of 0.42mm 6.2 Install safety mesh on the roof generally for contractor safety 6.3 Cover the structure with waterproof membrane Plumber fix the gutters before roof covering to ensure that the guttering will fall to the position of the downpipes. 6.3 Install thermal insulation (IN-02) Bradford Gold ceiling batts and Bradford Anticon Roof Blanket under 6.4 Install flashing, roof shading and cappings on the roof 6.5 They have got the Façade cladding fix system and then install the final roof cladding to that, the light weight claddings such as timber and zinc are recommended to use

STAGE 07. WALL SYSTEMS: EXTERNAL WALLS AND CLADDINGS

After brickwork get completed, and doors could be installed

STAGE 09. INTERNAL PARTITIONS AND CEILING STRUCTURE 9.1 9mm villaboard (CL-03) fully taped onto the ceiling of conservatory and 13mm Plasterboard install on bedroom 4’s ceiling 9.2 Allow 200mm minimum clearamce for spaces building louver actuators 9.3 Install claddings (CD-05) on soffit level 9.4 Carpet finish over structural flooring 9.5 Joinery work: Timber Veneer Panels (TV-01) in the conservatory room

STAGE 10. SERVICES AND FINISHING TRADES 10.1 Install air conditioiner fancoil unit 10.2 Complete the services rough in: Rough in the mechanical system and electrical wiring system, the electrician will finish the internal lighting and power cables. Install the plumbing systems 10.3 Joinery: Use Select Grade Solid Timber (TM-02) for design features such as cabinets, shelving and architraves in bedroom 10.4 Random Stone Paving (ST-02) for conservatory and the outside courtyard 10.5 Finish putting the floor finishes 10.6 Marble countertop are fabricated and set up in the conservatory
