Continued coverred walkway, nick named "Sperial" linked new kindergarten, elementary and secondary buildings and play areas, to provide an experiencial campus feature of 21 century learning path. Whole project will take 3 phases to complete, finishing in 2025.

This is an on-going BIM deisgn tool development project. To provide non-interior designers with handy BIM tool, especially for pre-concept and early design phase, to vitalize the interior space and introduce interior human scale into design descision as early as possible. The next step of the project will be optimizing the parameters and linking them back to room dimensions, which will be more user-friendly to adjust among different code requirements and projects nationwide.

Tool Development Workflow Current Interior Step 6: Smart Furniture Make the grid changeable to allow variation in REVIT Vignettes Library

Step 0: Select exemplary projects to pull vignettes from Step 1: Zone out the spaces to be added to the vignette library. Step 2: Check the furniture in the spaces to make sure the furniture pieces are: 1. existing in HIVE library; 2. accordwith firm standard. Step 3: Create nested family from HIVE included furniture. Step 4: To allow for variability in square footage and number of users in different spaces that may use the same vignette, place grid over the pieces in the furniture family. Step 5: Make the grid changeable to allow variation in REVIT Step 6: Build parameter into vignette files to keep minimal

This project is a renovation and redevelopment of the Parking Structure A at the southwest corner of USC campus. The functional goal of the project is to turn some area of the existing structure into classrooms and offices and to help with the deficiency in educational space of the campus.

Academic Project // A Journey with Wind Environmental Data-driven

Based on the original context of the old town, we designed characteristic outer space for different people. Furthermore, to fully express our idea for tracing wind, we even designed specific installations for convert vague wind into seeable and audible wind. By showing residents the wind trace with water streaks and leaves rustling, the urban ventilation channel design is hopeful to be understood.

Academic Project // Composition of Desire Spacial Issue Research Fall 2018 | Individual Rhino / Grasshopper / Illustrator / Photoshop

Starting from 2D composition drawings, in this project I focused on re-establishing objects in space and its composition relationship. Constant translations of 2D and 3D agencies and the conceptual and real site situation were realized.
