Hexaware understood these needs and provided comprehensive PeolpeSoft Implementation and Upgrade services to enable the bank upgrade from PeopleSoft 8.0 to 8.9. Solution Framework Planning Test Plan was prepared, and reviewed Sign- off for the Test Plan was obtained Clarification Log was prepared and sent to the Development and Business Finalized the effort estimation and prepared a detailed Run Plan and Execution Plan based on the estimated effort Defined the project specific Defect Management and Software Configuration Management Designing Finalized Overall Test strategy and SIT scope Prepared Test Design, Test Scenarios & Cases and obtained the sign-off from the business Test Design was uploaded into the Mercury Quality Center Execution Functional Testing Phase 1 Execution was carried out as per Execution Plan Identified defects and logging into MQC Defect tracking was carried out as per the agreed SLA Defect Management was conducted as per the agreed Defect Life cycle Identified the Gold kit Test cases and obtained sign-off Functional Testing Phase 2 Executed the Gold kit regression Test cases Generation & Comparison for format, Count & Data integrity of the 1200 critical PeopleSoft queries was carried out The 136 business critical SQR processes were executed Conducted Testing of the 16 interfaces that interact with Peoplesoft on a daily basis Measurement Summary Report was sent to all stakeholders after test completion as an exit criterion Daily Status and Weekly Status Reports were sent to the client
