How to do ACT! to Salesforce Data Migration?
From ACT! (Versions 4.0 or 2000), export contact information as follows: Start ACT! then access your database. To export, choose File | Data Exchange | Export. Choose the Text-Delimited file type. Click Next after selecting a file name and location for the exported data. Select only Contact records. Select “Options…” from the menu. As the field separator character, select a comma.
