The Vintage Rooms Launches in Hillsborough As Hillsborough’s iconic Plough Group of bars and restaurants approaches its 36thyear of business in July, brothers William, Richard and Derek Patterson, who currently employ 220 people locally, have launched their newest venture, The Vintage Rooms. Marking an investment of £500,000 and the creation of 15 new full and part-time roles, The Vintage Rooms will serve as the only lounge bar experience in Hillsborough and its opening was celebrated by local businesspeople and suppliers on Thursday 23rd June.
