Main Tasks/Duties: Pre Acceptance: o o

Assess project request, based on Foundation guidelines; Creating a Risk analysis, pointing out the different risk factors in the project and anticipate on them

Acceptance: Planning, Budgeting & Fundraising o o

Setting up a planning for the project, both executive as well as fundraising time span, include schedule Making sure the right people are involved both ‘home’ and onsite

Implementation: Communications & Reporting o o o o

Make sure that action list is followed up & milestones are being met Contact with onsite responsible every 3 weeks to check on status, updates, challenges, etc. Monthly internal (organization & board) reporting on progress, updated risk analysis, opportunities, budgets, etc. Provide material (texts and visuals) for newsletters, website, flyers etc.

Create End Report, for presentation to board and donors Do follow up Reporting

The Project Manager / Administrator should ideally have the following skills and experience: Experience in (international, non-profit) project management, budgeting and reporting Good communication skills Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project would be a plus Fluent English (written and spoken) Accurate, methodical and able to work to deadlines HE Space Children’s Foundation is a growing international Foundation supporting disadvantaged children in developing countries to become ‘Ready for Life’, focusing on education in a broad sense. Volunteer Website Administrator 2 to 4 hrs per week
