Main Tasks/Duties: Record keeping: Maintain the records management and filing system. Planning & Events: Create and maintain an annual schedule of major dates. Organize and plan events and meetings. Assist project managers with coordination and liaison activities. Correspondence: Prepare correspondence with donors, suppliers, and other external parties. Supply management: Place orders for office supplies. Minutes keeping: Where asked keep minutes of divers meetings. General assistance: Help out with general activities in the foundation.
The Administrator should ideally have the following skills and experience: Good communication skills Knowledge of accounting software, MS Excel Fluent English (written and spoken) Accurate, methodical and able to work to deadlines
