2025 Great Northern Bull & Female Sale

Page 1

28 Charolais Bulls

23 Simmental & SimAngus Bulls

18 Female Lots

Welcome to the sixth annual Great Northern Bull & Female Sale!

A word that comes to mind when looking through this lineup of bulls is balance. Many of the bulls have good calving ease and are high growth bulls, combining the best of both worlds: calves that come easy and then grow rapidly. With cattle prices reaching new heights, we strive to produce bulls and females that will ultimately make you more money. More pounds at weaning, high quality carcasses and females that excel in mothering instinct and milking ability are top goals for our cattle.

As always, we do the work to make sure this is a solid lineup of bulls with all the guesswork removed. The bulls have been developed together on a feeding program designed by our ADM representative. They’ve been semen tested, have carcass scan data, are DNA tested and are ready to go to work for you. A supplement sheet with all the data will be available on sale day.

The sale will be broadcast on DVAuction again this year. If you can’t make it to the sale, please feel free to reach out to us with questions. We stand behind our cattle, and you can feel confident in your bids even if you are unable to join us in person on sale day. All the cattle will be videoed and the videos will be posted in advance. Internet and phone bidding will be available.

We are appreciative of our sale partners, North Grove Charolais and Pearson Cattle, and want to thank them for joining us for our sale again this year. If you have any questions about the cattle, please feel free to contact us, the guest consignors or our sale management team. We look forward to seeing you on March 28!

Buyer assumes all risks for injury due to running bulls together or management decisions outside genetic control. For the guarantee to apply, we ask that you contact us as soon as a condition is observed and before the animal is sold. We will work with you to determine whether the animal is returned or sold for slaughter. We will attempt to provide a suitable replacement. If one cannot be provided of equal or greater value, we will issue a sale credit to be used in a future sale for the full purchase price less the salvage value of the animal.
