Internet & Social Media Marketing Over 90% of homebuyers begin their home search on the Internet. The following steps will ensure your home receives maximum Internet exposure and Search Engine Optimization. (SEE PAGE 8-15) 2.

Listing syndication a. Your home will appear on a minimum 50 major real estate portals that include the tracking of how many people view the listing every day. This website will use the property address as the URL (www.123mainstreet.com). c. I will order a double-sided sign-rider with the property’s custom URL on it. d. This website includes detailed information about the property and the lifestyle in the area. Niche marketing strategies attract clients interested in this specific lifestyle and location. e. Unlimited text, photos, links and attachments can be added to the IPW to truly “tell the story” of your home. f. Virtual tour of the property can also be embedded into the IPW text area. g.
