Tickets are available at foxcitiesparadeofhomes.com and via our Parade of HomesTM mobile app (available for iOS and Android platforms by searching Fox Cities Parade of Homes in your app store), as well as at any of the Parade homes during event hours or at the Home Builders Association of the Fox Cities (HBA Fox Cities), 920 W. Association Dr., Appleton, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Each ticket grants one-time admission to every home, subject to guest policies as outlined below.

You can visit the homes in any order. An overview map of the Fox Cities can be found in the center of this book and online at foxcitiesparadeofhomes.com, which shows general locations of the Parade homes. Our mobile app allows you to build routes and gives turn-by-turn directions. Directional signs at road intersections should help guide you, and each home has a “Parade Home” flag in the front yard signifying it is an official entry. Each home featured in the HBA Fox Cities Parade of HomesTM is either already owned or will soon be owned by an individual or family that looks forward to moving into a brand-new home/remodeled space; please be respectful of these private houses and adhere to the policies outlined below.

The floor plans and renderings of Parade homes in this event are copyrighted and the copyright holder must grant permission for any use. For inquiries regarding specific house plans, consult with the individual builders. All information contained on the Parade home pages was supplied by members. The renderings and floorplans are as true a representation as possible, however, final colors/ materials/layout of completed homes may vary from the images in this book.

ACCE SS I BI L I TY

Some homes in the event have zero-step entry and/or are classified as “Universal Design”. These homes are labeled as such on their individual pages. Accessibility to all homes is available via virtual tours on foxcitiesparadeofhomes.com approximately three weeks after the event concludes.

GUE ST P O L I CI ES

• All guests must take off shoes and wear foot coverings* • At the discretion of the home builder, the only animals allowed inside the homes are service dogs • Strollers and wet umbrellas must be left in the garages • Children under 12 years old must be in the same room with their adult chaperone(s) • Eating, drinking and/or smoking inside homes in the event is not permitted • Guests who refuse to comply with these policies may be denied entry or may be asked to leave the home(s) • Guests who appear intoxicated/under the influence of drugs/alcohol may be denied entry or asked to leave to home(s) • Guests using offensive language, engaging in disorderly conduct, creating a disturbance for other guests or event workers/volunteers, or in any way causing damage to the property or its contents may be denied entry or may be asked to leave the home(s) • Anyone who is denied entry or removed from the event may have his/her ticket collected and will not receive a refund for the ticket or be compensated in any way for his/her loss *If, for medical reasons only, a guest is unable to walk without wearing shoes, the guest must take off the shoes worn into the garage, put on a clean, dry pair of shoes that the guest has carried in, and put booties over those shoes. Event personnel have the right to inspect these shoes to ensure they are dry and carry no matter that may cause damage to the homes’ floors. Discretion, however, is always up to the builder. The center of this publication contains an overview map of the Fox Cities; dots are placed in general areas in which the homes are located. Remodel Details After living in the house for 13 years, our client wanted to make changes to create the home of their dreams. They wanted to expand the kitchen and dining room to have more room for family gatherings with a larger island, updated cabinetry and an overall better flow and functionality of the spaces. While incorporating the design changes, we were able to update the electrical, lighting, HVAC and plumbing. We also expanded the doorway to the front room allowing more light and better flow into both spaces. Acoustical ceiling tiles were removed in both rooms and new drywall and more modern skip trowel plaster was installed throughout the space. The desk area was removed and a larger pantry including repurposed custom doors were added. All new trim, baseboards and crown moldings were installed throughout the home. A new full-view 3’ door and combination door in the bump out were installed to create easier access to the back patio for grilling and entertaining. Additionally, all windows in the kitchen and dining rooms were replaced. New LVP flooring now flows throughout the laundry, bathroom, kitchen, dining and foyer and new carpeting on the remainder of the first floor.
