Salad starters Normally 6 to 8 choices for lunch and 8 to 10 choices for dinner. You’re welcome to take a larger portion of a salad starter as a main course, if you prefer this to a hot dish. A few examples include: Tuna mayonnaise Egg mayonnaise Prawn cocktail Smoked salmon Antipasta Green salads Tomato and feta Greek salad

Buffet main courses These vary according to local availability of fresh ingredients. You’ll usually find a mix of 10 to 14 meat, fish, vegetarian dishes and vegetables.
