The Williams collective of brewers originates from a Glasgow homebrew shop. Successive expansions see them now brewing in Alloa, the traditional heartland of Scottish brewing, and regarded as one of Scotland's most eclectic and adventurous Craft Brewers. Innis and Gunn’s ‘oaky’ beers were created by mistake after brewing their beer in oak casks. TOASTED OAK IPA. 4.1% abv. This beer is rounded yet refreshing, with delicate floral notes and oodles of zesty freshness. £4.25 One of the best known Scottish craft beer producers, Brewdog has a reputation for their commitment to eradicating bland, commercial, chemical beer. The three examples here are exquisitely flavoursome and refreshing. Beers with bite! PUNK IPA. 5.6% abv. Currently our staff favourite, this IPA is definitively post-colonial! West was born with the belief that Scotland deserved a premium lager to be proud of, and we are! ST MUNGO'S. 4.9% abv. Full bodied and easy drinking, this is a lager positoned between a Bavarian Helle and a German Pilsner. Clean, crisp and refreshing £4.25
