What do you most enjoy about being at the Club? The fantastic Sai Kung location and the friendly atmosphere is the perfect cocktail to enjoy a working day.
你最喜歡遊艇會的那一部分？ 我認為西貢這個美麗的地方與這裏每個人都很友善的 環境，令我每天都能享受工作。
What were you doing prior to joining HHYC? I have been working in the Marina and Hospitality industries for about 13 years. My work has given me five years' of extensive experience of boat chartering and organising sailing events in Italy around Capri Island, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast; it has also exposed me to Marina, Yacht Club and Hotel management roles in the Middle East—between Dubai and Doha—for the last eight years. As a member of the Marina Industries Association, in 2013 I completed the courses of the Global Marina Institute and I achieved the CMM certificate in 2014 (Certified Marina Manager) becoming one of the 300 Certified Marina Managers in the world.
在加入白沙灣遊艇會前，你都做過些什麼工作？ 我在海灣及酒店業工作已13年。我的工作令我獲得 了五年在意大利卡普里島、蘇連多和阿瑪菲海岸的 租船與帆船活動組織的廣泛經驗；在過去八年間， 我的工作也讓我嘗試在迪拜和多哈之間的中東地區 擔當海灣、遊艇俱樂部及酒店管理角色。作為澳洲 遊艇碼頭行業協會的成員，我於2013年完成了全球 海灣研究所的課程，並於2014年取得了CMM證書(合 法海灣經理)，亦因此成為世界上300位合法海灣經 理之一。
How are you enjoying Hong Kong so far? After the Dubai man-made islands and sandy panorama of the Persian Gulf it is very nice to discover an amazing capital of the world like Hong Kong. It will take time to get used to, but I think it will be a nice exercise for the next year to try and learn about the fascinating local Asian culture.

What do you like to do in your spare time? My family, my family, my family. There is never enough spare time for my family!
