January with chef Johnson Wong (January 6 - 7 ) , one of Malaysia’ s most innovative and exciting young talents, who presented a

were imbued with new life through a deft infusion of contemporary innovations. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu School in Sydney, the

award-winning chef is renowned for combining local ingredients
