“We’ve noticed some of the children who maybe were not speaking started talking or at least trying to talk more. Some that have a little bit more hyperactivity have been able to calm themselves or stay in a more calm state,” Ames added. Gross motor skills improved as well, with preschoolers being able to master age-appropriate activities like balancing or doing a jumping jack.
