In the beautiful Outdoor Kitchen at Bok Tower, a sold-out audience watched World Food Championship’s Amy Freeze prepare the best of the fall harvest from their Edible Garden in the first installment of the Farm to Table Dinner series. During the Autumn’s Bounty presentation, Amy incorporated flavors of the fall, along with ingredients straight form our garden, to prepare a four-course dinner, including a craft beer-infused dessert, and fall drinks. Amy has become known for her use of craft beer, even in desserts, and has successfully transitioned into recipe creation for well-known food and beverage brands.
