Fire up the grill and throw on your favorite foods and seasonal vegetables. Grill Master Brian Knight lit the “Big Green Egg” and prepared burgers and ribs for the Redding’s BBQ. It’s hard to beat the standard All American Burger but we offer it to you with a twist, the Blue Cheese Burger. For the healthier eaters, a Salmon Burger is a perfect light alternative. Serve them with your desired toppings along with a side of potato salad and grilled corn-on-the-cob with herb butter. Everyone has their go-to family recipes so it’s a great time to have guests bring a side dish to share. Make sure to always add an ice bath to your salad dishes to keep them safe and fresh throughout the day.
