A EFFECTS OF INTERNET ADDICTION

Internet addiction can be compared to an addiction to drugs or alcohol in that it causes a desire to use the internet more and more in order to produce a satisfactory effect. It may result in personal, family/marital, academic, financial, and occupational problems that are characteristic of other addictions

Addicts spend more time in solitary seclusion, spend less time with real people in their lives, and are often viewed as socially awkward and they may suffer from low self esteem, feelings of inadequacy, and fear of disapproval and such negative self concepts may lead to clinical problems of depression and anxiety. Attempting to quit their Internet use may lead them to experience withdrawal including: anger, relief, mood swings, irritability, despair, sadness, restlessness, and upset stomach.

PLASTIC WATER BOTTLES

Americans buy 29 billion water bottles a year. For every six bottles people buy, only one is recycled Bottles do photodegrade This means that it takes at least up to 1,000 years for every single bottle to decompose, leaking pollutants into our soil and water along the way.

PLASTIC STRAWS

In just the U.S. alone, one estimate suggests 500 million straws are used every single day. One study published earlier this year estimated as many as 8 3 billion plastic straws pollute the world's beaches

WHAT SHOULD WE DO ABOUT THIS “ONIOMANIA”?

Plastic is our main global problem, we over use, over buy and then fail to recycle. Plastic doesn't biodegrade. The plastic items that we named are just a fraction of all items we buy for no reason Its time to stop our habit of buying bags, bottled water, plastic straws and others. And star using such as one bag, one drinker, one straw.

EARRING ADDICTION

When your body experiences anything physically intense, particularly stress and pain, your brain releases endorphins. Endorphins then interact with your body's perception of pain, similar to the way opioids (like morphine or oxycodone) would Unlike prescription medications, natural activation of our body's opiate receptors doesn't lead to physical dependency but psychical dependency

TANOREXIA

Tannorexia is excessive sunbathing or use of ultraviolet tanning beds. Among the negative effects of tanorexia is a very high risk of skin cancer. Too much tanning also accelerates the ageing process of the skin and it also leeds to burns and scars that are difficult to hide or heal.

The cost of solarium is around 20 euros per hour.

PLASTIC SURGERY ADDICTION

Women suffer from this addiction more often The media create the image of the ideal figure that is impossible to achieve by a healthy, average person. For example, women remove their free ribs to have a bigger cut at the waist. This deprives the kidneys of their natural protection and is sometimes associated with painful breathing.
