Goal IV, Objective 3: Community Education and Outreach/Clinical Need: There are six communities in our service area where the teenage pregnancy rates are higher than the statewide average. In Worcester, Leominster and Fitchburg, chlamydia rates among teens are also much higher than the statewide average. We need to ensure that teens continue to use our services, even as we expand our outreach efforts to other populations. Goal N: Address the comprehensive family planning and other health needs of individuals, families, and communities through outreach to hard-to-reach and/or vulnerable populations, and partnering with other community-based health and social service providers.
