Leading the Team in Hotel Services Hotel Services are defined as Catering and Housekeeping. This workshop looks at the issues involved in leading a team to achieve the standards required in both catering and housekeeping in the aged care industry.
Who Should Attend? The people responsible for ensuring that Hotel services are delivered according to organisational expectation and policy. If they are relied upon to get the job done then we can help them to do this more effectively.
