Community Transit For those who are looking for an alternative form of transportation, the Community Transit program of United Community Action Partnership in Marshall has a bus route that runs in regular intervals between Tracy and Marshall. The “Purple Routeâ€? will include predetermined stops in Tracy, Balaton and Marshall and, by request, will stop at other locations along the route. The Purple Route will begin each day during the week at 6:45 a.m. in Tracy and then will head to Balaton and Marshall. The ďŹ rst trip back to Tracy will leave from Walmart at 8:45 a.m. The same route will repeat at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Â
