2019 Huron Community Fair 4-H & FFA Winners Huron County 4-H clubs were invited to perform at the Huron Community Fair 4-H Club Explosion, formerly known as the 4-H Talent Show, on Monday, July 29, at the Hagen Show/Sale Barn. The following acts performed at the Huron Community Fair: Camry Stringer of Country Corners 4-H Club danced to “Stitches.” Cameron Finkle-Gusa and Andrew Gusa; Wade and Weston

Guza; Audra, Eli and Liam Maurer; Emily and Megan Messing; Liam Osentoski; Madyson and Mason Schumacher; and Derek Stringer; all of Country Corners 4-H Club sang “Baby Shark.” Milan Forrester played her fiddle-tuned violin while Dori Battel; Abby Prich; Bailey and Hannah Welchner all of Boots and Bling 4-H Club, Takara, Taliesha, Tasha and Tiana Tageson line-danced

to “Cotton-Eyed Joe.” Audra, Eli and Liam Maurer; and Derek Stringer ended the evening by lip syncing/ mock rock to “Old Town Road.” The following 4-H members were inducted as the 2019-2020 Huron County 4-H Ambassadors: Senior Ambassador - Makaylie Gilbert of 4B’s 4-H Club; Junior Ambassador - Dori Battel of Boots and Bling 4-H and Cows-N-Clovers 4-H Clubs;

Intermediate Ambassadors - Ava Morell of Growing Go-ers 4-H Club; Sydney Protzman of Laker 4-H Club; and Elianah Shupe of Boots and Bling 4-H Club; and Cloverbud Ambassadors - Sofie Kolar of Ivanhoe Crop Hoppers 4-H Club; Lainey and Thomas Miller of North Huron 4-H Club; Kynzie Morell of Growing Go-ers 4-H Club; and Allison Yackle of Country Kids 4-H Club.

Huron inducts this year’s 4-H Ambassadors

BAD AXE — The induction of the 20192020 Huron County 4-H Ambassadors took place at the Huron Community Fair in the Hagen Show/ Sale Barn. The 2019-20 4-H Cloverbud Ambassadors who were introduced and recognized include: Sofie Kolar of Ivanhoe Crop Hoppers 4-H Clubs; Lainey and Thomas Miller of North Huron 4-H Club; Kynzie Morell of Growing Go-ers 4-H Club; and Allison Yackle of Country Kids 4-H Club. The 4-H Cloverbuds will serve as part of the 4-H Ambassador Program.
