The vision that we have for the HBCU Times magazine is to remain the premiere source of positive stories related to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU’s). The mission of HBCU Times is to provide information about HBCU’s that is positive, informative, honest, and most importantly, transformational. This issue is consistent with the mission of the magazine, as we continue to explore HBCU Success, as it relates to legacy, culture, and politics.
