Before going on my cruise for spring break, I was not looking forward to wearing my bikini or dressing up because I hate showing my stomach and do not like wearing form-fitting clothes. I finally convinced myself to do something about it. I wanted to feel good on this cruise and make good memories without my confidence ruining that. That is when I started working out with Chris once a week and three times a week on my own. I would not have been able to do it without him! Even just training with him once a week gave me the motivation to workout by myself. I began to feel better almost instantly; I felt more energized, had less stress and started to feel better about wearing a bikini! Chris was extremely professional; he took it seriously, pushed me to my limit and best of all, he cared about my health, progress and made sure that I did everything to reach my goal. He encouraged me all the time even when we were not training which also kept me motivated. I lost 5 lbs. in 6 weeks working out with Chris just once a week! I plan to continue to workout regularly and would feel comfortable going to him if I ever need any motivation or have any questions. THANKS CHRIS!
