Welcome

Located in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside, Weston Hall is a magnificent Grade II listed building surrounded by 20 acres of breathtaking scenery.

Our team strives to deliver an array of exciting events throughout the year, giving our customers as many reasons to celebrate as possible. From national occasions to our own unique events, it’s our aim to provide great food and a friendly service in the beautiful surroundings of this Staffordshire landmark.

Our History

Weston Hall originated in 1550 when it was built as a small dower house. The house was then extended around 1660 into a three gable structure with three high pitched roofs. Towards the end of the 19th century the house was taken over by Shrewsbury Settled Estates, who built the fourth high pitched roof that we see today. In 1950 the Godwin family bought the property and converted it into flats.

Our Present

In early 2012, new owners took on Weston Hall, restoring the building to its former glory and re–opening in November 2012. The Hall now incorporates ‘The Cellar’, an informal dining venue and an event venue with luxury accommodation.

W eston H all are honoured to be able to offer flexibility to design your day, with unlimited and unique options.

- Use of The Shrewsbury Suite or our outdoor ceremony space, for private ceremonies.

- The Westminster Suite, for dining.

- Our extensive terrace and outside bar will also be yours, where we can provide BBQ’s, alfresco evening and buffets.

*fire pits can be added for an additional charge.

- Add The Cellar on to your Wedding Package for your tailor made cocktail bar and lounge area, with additional space for evening entertainment, providing the perfect setting for bands and discos.

Westminster Suite

The Westminster provides the ideal space for you and your guests to enjoy your celebrations. The largest open space at Weston Hall, this room encompasses two beautiful stone fireplaces and oak beams throughout. With its own private bar area and custom designed dance floor, you and your guests are able to choose between dancing the night away or enjoying a quieter catch-up with family and friends.

Shrewsbury Suite

The Shrewsbury enjoys beautiful views reaching far across the Staffordshire countryside. Similarly to The Westminster, The Shrewsbury enjoys its own private bar area and dance floor. With mullioned windows and an original stone fireplace, this bright and elegant room offers a beautiful setting for your wedding ceebrations.

Conservatory

Offering a light and airy space ideal for smaller civil ceremonies and wedding celebrations. With its own private entrance, the Conservatory can be effectively separated from the remainder of Weston Hall to accommodate intimate celebrations in stylish and comfortable surroundings.

The Cellar

Our casual dining area, We’ve got a splendid cocktail bar and lounge area just for you and your guests. When the evening rolls in, this cozy spot transforms into a lively disco, providing the perfect intimate setting for you and your guests to dance your hearts out.

To The Saracens Head of Weston.

We’re all about creating a family-friendly atmosphere that welcomes everyone, locals and visitors alike. Our spacious, well-lit restaurant offers a beautiful view of the rolling Staffordshire countryside, with 2 semi-private spots perfect for larger gatherings.

Our bar is a cosy spot for casual dining and unwinding, and yes, your furry friends are invited too! We even have something special for them - our exclusive ‘Yappy Meals’. But that’s not all, The Saracens Head also houses 5 plush bedrooms for you to have an amazing overnight stay with us, complete with home-cooked breakfast. We also offer takeaways, so if you can’t stay, bring a piece of Saracen’s home with you!
