l Fabricating 4 steel canopies in our steel workshop and installing them on site.
l Painting all external soffit board in the clients chosen colour. l Installing of an aluminium rain screen facade system. l Painting all masonry brick work in the clients chosen colour. l Spray painting all window frames across all 8 units. l Installing additional external lighting.
