Clearwater, Florida â€”Hawkins Construction built this Assisted Living Facility located in Clearwater, Florida. Beckett Lake Lodge offers nine (9) different floor plans ranging from a 300 square foot studio to a 670 square foot one-bedroom. Thirty-two (32) studios have screened porches overlooking beautiful Beckett Lake.
Tessera Westchase Assisted Living Facility
Hawkins was chosen to construct this new Assisted Living/Memory Care facility in the Westchase area of Tampa. The three-story, 106,000 SF campus will include two dining halls and 122 spacious apartments. The facility will offer residents all the assistance with the activities of daily living, and a full range of physical and occupational therapy services.

St. Michaels Medical Center
Clearwater, Florida - Hawkins Construction was chosen as the Construction Manager for this Medical Office Building project in Largo, Florida. Phase one consists of construction of a new 21,000 SF building and parking lot with landscaping. Phase two is the remodel of the existing 8,000 SF surgery center.
Mease Hospital Kitchen/Dietary Department
Dunedin, Florida â€”Hawkins Construction was chosen as the Construction Manager for the Mease Dunedin Hospital Kitchen and Dietary Depart-ment Renovation. This 15,000SF, multi-phased project consisted of a complete overhaul of all mechanical systems, equipment and existing finishes while providing temporary facilities, main-taining infection control measures, and participating in multiple AHCA inspections for occupancy.
IV Therpy at Axelrod Pavilion
Clearwater, Florida â€”This project consists of remodeling of a 4,000 SF facility. The project was completed during the Summer of 2013.
Suncoast Urgent Care Center at Mariner Commons
Spring Hill, Florida - Hawkins Construction was chosen to remodel this 3,200 SF Urgent Care Center.
Largo, Floridaâ€”When Operation PAR (Parental Awareness and Responsibility) needed to expand they teamed with Hawkins as the Construction Manager and Robert Aude Associates, Inc. as the design team to provide the necessary local experience for this new project. Working with a grant from the Federal Government, the team was able to fulfill the requirements of PAR and the Government while remaining under budget and within the necessary time constraints. PAR, Phases I (32,724 SF) & II (22,785 SF): Each building is a three-story addiction treatment and mental health educational facility which includes exam rooms, labs, research areas, classrooms, administrative offices, nursing stations and on-site housing for those being treated. PAR Children of Substance Abusers (COSA) Center (7,854 SF): Child Development and Family Guidance Center that provides services to substance abusing pregnant & parenting women whose infants and preschool children may experience developmental delays. COSA places a special emphasis on serving minority women and their children in Pinellas County.
