Prior to kickoff of today’s match, the Hawks will honor seven memeber of the team in a special Senior Day ceremony. Babou Sanyang, Demario Cameron, Dario Cavada, Mevlan Labiti, Rotem Fadida, Jordon May and Rodrigo Levy will all be honored.

The Hartford men’s soccer team returns to Al-Marzook Field at Alumni Stadium for their final home contest, welcoming Stonehill on Saturday. Kickoff against the Skyhawks is set for 3 p.m.

COOL AS A CUCUMBER Cameron and Fadida were cool, calm, and collected in penalty kick scenarios against Holy Cross on Wednesday. Fadida turned away a Crusaders spot kick last in the first half, while Cameron sent the Holy Cross keeper the wrong way, converting on his penalty.

Hartford heads back on the road Tuesday for a meeting with LIU. Kickoff against the Sharks on Long Island is set for 4 p.m.

NEXT ON TAP

Hartford saw its comeback fall just short on Wednesday, falling, 4-2, at Holy Cross. The Hawks erased a two-goal deficit to tie the game at 2-2 before two late Crusader’s goals gave them the edge. Senior back Demario Cameron and freshman midfielder Nicholas Castrovinci scored the Hawks’ goals.

Stonehill, who are 1-4 on the year, enters Saturday’s match after falling, 1-0, at Bryant on Wednesday. Jacob Woznicki paces the Crusaders offense, leading the team with four goals and eight points. Luke Fuller
