DIGITAL MEDIA & FACEBOOK Digital advertising options are now available through the online advertising portal. These ads target your luxury real estate listings to people either in the market for or interested in real estate and feature them under the Christie’s International Real Estate brand. The system uses sophisticated data-gathering processes to reach this target market and offers the capability to geo-target select locations. To place your digital display or Facebook ad(s), log into the extranet at and click the red tab labeled “Co-Op Ad Portal” located at the top right of the page. From there, you will be automatically logged into the system. Once you are logged into the system, select the type of ad you wish to create. From there, the site will pull available information from your Christie’s International Real Estate website listings to automatically create an ad for you (with the ability to edit the text and photos to your preferences). If your listings are not in the search, you have the option to “Create a New Ad”. Once you purchase an ad, your campaign will begin within 24 hours.

C-SUITE, THE LUXURY MARKETING PORTAL FROM CHRISTIE’S INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE The C-Suite online portal allows you to enhance your marketing efforts by creating custom materials to promote your unrivaled connection to the Christie’s brand. C-Suite tools are available in a variety of sizes and styles and include eCards, brochures, newsletters, postcards, listing presentations, stationery, factsheets, and videos, which can be used to advertise your listings, secure new listings, keep in touch with your clients, and stay abreast of network and auction-house news.



The C-Suite portal has been designed to be easily navigable and quick to use. For convenience, C-Suite is housed on Christie’s International Real Estate’s extranet site at The portal is accessed by logging in to the extranet homepage with your user-name and password. Once you have logged in, click the C-Suite logo.

Many of the marketing tools are available as fully customizable templates. Just click on a specific tool, select a template format, and personalize the copy and images to suit your requirements. Other convenient features allow you to fine-tune specific details about your listings, such as choosing whether or not to display co-agent information.



The C-Suite houses all the marketing tools: eCards, brochures, newsletters, postcards, listing presentations, stationery, factsheets, and videos. Just click on each tool and follow the instructions.
