5990 Whitestone Lane is located towards the front of the community making it easy access for the kids to ride their bikes or walk to the clubhouse, tennis courts, or pool. From the front gate, take your third left onto Ettington Drive and then take your first left onto Whitestone Lane. 5990 Whitestone Lane is located in a flat, private cul-de-sac on a private interior lot. The sellers of 5990 Whitestone Lane are the original owners. Also on the terrace level is a gun closet with a metal door and its own separate lock and key. Both the media room and the recreation room have the specialty coffered ceilings. The sellers gutted the full kitchen on the terrace level and built a gorgeous PUB BAR/KITCHENETTE. The bar has granite counter tops, custom wood cabinets – that match the upper kitchen cabinets with the seeded glass doors in the upper cabinets, all stained the “Special Walnut”.
