Yourgarden’s ready…areyou?

Spring has arrived, and so have the buyers. Longer evenings and blooming gardens are bringing more energy to open homes and the local market is showing steady demand across Ponsonby and its neighbouring suburbs

Ponsonby recorded a median sale price of $1,935,000, with homes taking around 43 days to sell Nearby Grey Lynn surged 80 9% year-onyear to $2,135,000, showing just how sought-after the area has become. Westmere also grew strongly, up 28.3% to $1,860,000, while Point Chevalier dipped slightly (-10 9%), but remained popular with family buyers

The boutique suburbs of Freemans Bay, Herne Bay, and St Marys Bay had fewer sales, but when homes did hit the market, they moved particularly in St Marys Bay where the $2 4m median attracted motivated buyers.

Well-presented homes this spring are standing out and attracting confident offers. In other words… if your lawnmower could talk, it would tell you to get moving Whether you ’ re upgrading, downsizing, or cashing in, now ’ s the time to get your ducks and hedges in a row
