CHILDREN’S GROUPS INFORMATION If you are visiting and would like your child to join in our children's group, during the summer holidays, the children all meet together in rooms 2/3. Just follow the crowd as they leave!

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone that helped with the bring & share lunch last week. It was a real blessing to Andy & Hazel and their friends and family.

If you have a child that is 0-2 and would like to use our crèche, whilst the builders are here, it is temporarily set up in the entrance foyer.

GOD FIRST CHURCH Can you please remember Stephen Jack and God First Church today as they prepare to celebrate together in Tembisa, Johannesburg with an expected 2000 plus people attending.

Wednesday 24th GIVING We don’t take a weekly offering, however should you like to give towards the ministry of this church, then please use the collection box at the back of the church hall, on the right. Thank you.

HOME GROUP PROGRAMME

JUBILEE FOOD BANK have given us an update of things that they are short of. Tinned meat (stew, pies, spam, meatballs), UHT milk, tinned or packet custard, UHT juice, tinned spaghetti/ravioli, puddings, sugar, cream crackers and breakfast cereal. If you can help, please leave in box in foyer.

We will not be meeting during the summer holidays, but would like to encourage those that can, to still meet, although there is not a specific programme . Prayer for the mission week would be greatly appreciated. The first Home Group of the new term will be 3rd September altogether at church.

PARENTING COURSE will be held here on Weds for 5 weeks from 4th Sep at 7.30pm. It’s for all parents & carers. There will be two groups each week, one that covers children 0-10 years and the other for 11-18 years. There will be more info next week when we have more space! But please speak to Eleanor or Neil Logue, cos they know everything (about everything!) THE BIG WEEKEND one for the diary...our church weekend away to Hayes will be May 9th-11th 2014. Is it a bit early to start counting sleeps ?

Thank you to each and every person who has contributed towards the Nehemiah project so far. We are so grateful to God for his on-going provision. If you’ve not had the opportunity yet to give, we are encouraging people to pray first and give if you feel led to. So far we have seen a staggering £132,924 provided!
