Christmas In Bethlehem Throughout December, Bethlehem The Christmas City lives up to its name as the town is decorated for the season. Christkindlmarkt, under heated tents, was recognized as one of the top holiday markets in the world. It’s open Thursdays through Sundays until December 23 for its 20th anniversary season (Thursdays and Sundays 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.). Visitors can enjoy live music, German and Austrian food, makeyour-own glass ornaments, ice sculpting, photos with St. Nicholas and artisan items from over 125 vendors each week. 31. Guests stroll the walkways draped in holiday lights and 1930s-era decorations.
