How to Reach Us
The beautiful, new Chaddwell Clubhouse is available for use by our residents. Stop in, read the paper by the fire, use our free wi -fi, have a cup of coffee and relax. Or maybe you would like to have a game night with your neighbors, watch a game on our big screen TV, shoot some pool, or just have more space to enjoy a pizza with your visitors? Whatever the reason, this is your Clubhouse and we want
you to take advantage of it. If you would like to rent the clubhouse for a private function, please stop in to the office and we will be happy to provide you with all of the details for renting the room for your own private party. Also, be sure to check the calendar, located in this newsletter, to see the schedule of upcoming resident events. The Clubhouse is accessible dai-
ly from 7 am to 10 pm by using your personal entry code. Attached to the Clubhouse is our fitness center. You can access the fitness center 24/7 by using your own personal entry code. If you have interest in taking a fitness class, please let us know! We are looking to schedule classes that meet the requests of our residents. Don’t have a code so that you can access the Clubhouse and Fitness Center? Please stop by the office and we will be happy to assign your personal code to you!
Outside Plantings and Flags We love that residents want to decorate the outside of their homes and are excited for the change of seasons; however, there seems to be an excess of seasonal décor throughout the community this year. Please keep in mind that our landscap-
ers need to tend to the common areas, weeding, mowing, and planting. By removing these items, we make it easier for them to navigate the common areas of the complex. The lease only allows live potted plants in clay-colored pots to be placed
beside your front door and on the brick wall enclosing the entryway. Additionally, only small American flags can be placed in the shrubbery beds during Memorial Day, Flag Day and the 4th of July. Thank you for your cooperation and please
