Our Stainless Steel Vector Screening is a specially selected grid that serves as a patented conductive medium when used with waterproofing systems that incorporate Electric Field Vector Mapping (EFVM) leak detection systems. Specific to this product, it: enhances the overall effectiveness of the EFVM test procedure by placing the conductive medium as close to the waterproofing membrane as possible creates an electrical potential difference between a non-conductive membrane surface and itself is durable and will not rust will only be electrified during the EFVM leak detection test and therefore is not subject to code requirements

Installation Requirements: • Install SST Vector Screening directly below the waterproofing membrane • Overlap grid a minimum of 2 inches • Tape adjacent rolls together using duct tape spaced approximately 5 feet on center to prevent shifting • Terminate approximately 1 inch from projections and interior drain bodies • SST Vector Screening is to cover total waterproofing area, from inside of perimeter to inside of perimeter • Cut as close as possible to the perpendicular strand at both end and side edges
