2016 Annual Gratitude Report

made a difference.

Dear Hammer Family and Friends, As we reflect back on all that was accomplished in 2016, we cannot imagine how we could have done it without your help and support. Whether you gave your time, talent or financial gifts, we are always grateful for your support and friendship. In this 2016 Annual Gratitude Report, you will see a snapshot of the results that we accomplished together for the individuals we serve. You will read about the impact of technology used to streamline processes, and how it saved valuable time and money. You will read about the Hammer culture of caring and our 24/7 nursing team that helps to make our high-quality of service possible for a lifetime. You will see how our advocacy efforts have made great strides so the voices of the people we support are heard. In 2016, we were voted a Top 150 Workplace for the seventh year in a row by the Star Tribune. We are honored and humbled to have the caring and talented staff that make up our organization. It really is the people and relationships that make Hammer a special place for people to work and to call home. With gratitude,

John Estrem CEO

Bill Young Board President

James, supported by Hammer for over 40 years.
