This is in Central Kansas and has a  variety of rides. 


B​ is for ​B​elmont Park

There are 5 Belmont Parks, but only 1 has  rides. 


C​ is for ​C​edar Point

This is a water/ amusement park, and it  is also on an island.   


D​ is for ​D​isneyland

This is an original park but there is now Disney  World which is way  bigger than Disneyland. 


E​ ​is for ​E​daville

This opened in 1947 and is one of the oldest  railroad operations.   


F​ is for ​F​untown Splashtown

This is the biggest water and amusement park in  the New England region. 


G ​is for ​G​alveston Island Pleasure Pier

This is an amusement park on a boardwalk  that is over the Gulf of  Mexico.  


H ​is for ​H​ershey Park

Hershey Park has over 70 rides and  attractions. 


I ​is for ​I​dlewild & Soakzone

This park has received the Golden Ticket  Award for Best  Children’s Park. 


J ​is for ​J​oyland Amusement Park

This park was permanently closed in  2006. 


​K​ is for ​K​iddie Park

This is the one of the oldest children’s park an  opened in 1925.   


L​ is for ​L​egoland Florida

There are big builds in  Legoland fully built of  lego’s.

M​ is for ​M​agic Forest

This amusement park  opened in 1963, and is  built in the middle of a  forest.

N​ is for ​N​ascar Speedpark

O​ is for ​O​cean Beach Park

This park has an olympic-size pool . 


P​ is for ​P​acific Park

This park is on the Santa Monica Pier  overlooking the Pacific  ocean, looking at the  Catalina Island. 


Q ​is for ​Q​uassy Amusement Park

It is located in massachusetts next to  Lake Quassapaug.   


R ​is for ​R​ace City

With in 4 miles there is 3 amusement parks in  the are of Race City.     


S​ ​is for ​S​ix Flags

There are 11 Six Flags Parks in the United  States.     


T​ is for ​T​rimper’s Rides

There is only 1 Trimper’s Rides in the  United States.     


U ​is for ​U​ncle Bernie’s Amusement Park

It is about 30 miles above Miami, Florida.     


V​ is for​ V​alleyfair

This park is over 125  acres and has about 75  rides.

W ​is for​ W​ild Island Family Adventures

X​ is for ​X​-Flight (a ride at Six Flags)

This roller coaster has you hanging over the  edge not above the rail  like most roller coasters. 


Y ​is for ​Y​ellowstone Bear World

Z ​is for ​Z​uma Fun Center

This amusement park is permanently closed, and  it is located near  Houston Texas.

Summary My book is about America’s Amusement Parks. This book has when some of these amusement parks closed, where they are located, and some interesting facts about the parks. Some of these aren’t parks and are either something else with a few rides, or just certain rides in an amusement park.
