C-SERIES
The C-series, one of Hagaberg’s smartest positioners. The C-profile construction creates excellent visibility for the driver. The visibility factor allows for more efficient and safe material handling as well as helping the driver to detect hazards in their surroundings. The positioner can perform light clamp handling and the residual capacity is significantly lower compared to its peers. This increases performance and is better for the environment. The positioners fit all types of machines in the capacity range from 1 - 10 tons.
SELF-LUBRICATING BUSHINGS
The C-positioners are also unique in aspects of maintenance needs. They are equipped with self-lubricating plastic bushings that eliminate the recurring task of greasing bushings. Wear and tear parts are replaced easily thanks to the smarp placements of access points.
The positioner is designed for demanding applications, where an additional support wheel on the fork backs provides smooth sideshifting even at full load. It can be equipped with a pressure relief valve, load back rest and load protection as options or to be retrofitted. A wide range of forks and options such as quick coupling systems, cameras and sensors, Carrier plates and more are available to tailor the solution. •
MEET THE POWERFUL P100
It is always exciting to deliver the first of its kind. Hagaberg’s latest is the P100, a positioner of the Pintype model with a capacity of 10,000 kg and a load center of 600 mm or alternatively 12,000 kg and the same load center.
This robust positioner has powerful cylinders equipped with joint bearings at both ends which makes it more rugged, as some skew and lateral stress is absorbed. The bearings only require small spaces, which makes for a compact construction that can still withstand these relatively high loads. Furthermore, the positioner’s forkbearings are equipped with a double-lipped wiper which ensures that the grease remains in the bushing, and wipes off dirt, foreign particles, chips or moisture when the fork is moving over the round bar. In response to the increased mobility in the cylinder attachments, the
positioner has been given a ½-inch hydraulic hose between cylinders and valve blocks.
With the P100 mounted on the truck you can effectively make lifts in an environment with high levels of dirt particles. The positioner that was delivered is equipped with a tailored opening range. The opening from the outside of the forks was adjusted to 500-2270 mm to handle the customer’s specific application (normally 650-2420mm). Through this development and additions to the family, Hagaberg can now deliver positioners with capacities from 2 all the way up to 12 tonnes with a round bar. •

COMPLETE RANGE OF CLAMPING UNITS
The expanded range consists of clamp attachments for paper rolls, pulp bales, appliances, cartons and rotators, multi-fork positioners, telescopic positioners, etcetera. The products are already available to order and the first positioners with rotators have reached the customers.
