Description

Surabaya is one of the economic centers in Indonesia, many large companies have established companies in the city of Surabaya.

Attaya Tower was established as a rental office as well as a community space area for millennials in the city of Surabaya.

Surabaya is the second largest city in Indonesia after Jakarta. This city is the center of business, trade, industry and education in East Java. As a metropolitan city, Surabaya is the center of economic activity in East Java and its surroundings. Many large companies have their head offices in Surabaya, so many companies have established offices in the city of Surabaya. Site located on St. Embong Sawo, Genteng District, Surabaya, is a strategic area for the development of office and community space.

Combining two functions into one, namely as a gathering place and as an office. Providing a place that has facilities+plaza+garden and rental offices which are then arranged into a tall building.

Description

The Metropole is a new building adjacent to the cultural heritage building. The function of the new building is a hotel and cinema.

The art-deco concept hotel harmonizes with the existing one, as a form of respect for the previous building.

Reduction

Adjacent to the heritage building, the new building still respects the existing buildings by giving zigurat on the side opposite the heritage building.

Shaping

Artdeco is synonymous with cubism and glass blocks, the shape of the new building is designed in the style of artdeco to align the heritage buildings.

Description

PT Air Liquide Indonesia plans to relocate its office to CIBIS 9 building, Cilandak KKO. Adopt the dynamic shape for implementing futuristic way and sustainable innovation as the main form with the unlimited creativity for bring a unique taste of design. Also put Indonesia and ALINDO identity in this office.

PT Air Liquide Indonesia plans to relocate its office to CIBIS 9 building, Cilandak KKO. The office space details are as follows (drawing attached in Appendix 1) :

- Located on the 17th floor (bare condition) unit A.

- Gross area = 480 sqm

- Nett area = 401.05 sqm

Batik identify the culture in every creative ways, therefore we have a lot of pattern and color for represent our culture. To bring Indonesia’s identity for being more creative and put some ethnic concept, we applied some of patterns to ambience of design. The main color of Air Liquide is blue and red and it also have another color charts as orange, green and grey that will be implementing on many different element to bring the identity of design.

Attic Makes Room Feel Stuffy

The room is attic under the roof with a size of 29 m2. The room temperature feels hot and stuffy when lingering inside with some people. The ceiling of the room is also slightly tilted following the construction of the roof tile.

Selection Natural Cooling Elements

To make the room comfortable, the selection of materials, colors, addition of vegetation and design / trend need to be considered. Using tropical industrial trends, able to reduce the heat temperature in the room.

The addition of indoor vegetation can cool space and mind while the owner is at work.
