Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté for 5 minutes. Add parsley, tomato and tomato paste; stir and simmer for 2 minutes. 2 Tbsp. olive oil


1 can artichoke hearts, quartered

1 pkg. (10 oz.) plain couscous, cooked

8 small whole garlic cloves 11/2 cups milk 1 pkg. Knorr Garlic Herb Sauce Mix 2 medium red and/or yellow tomatoes, chopped

/4 cup capers

2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese /4 cup fresh parsley, chopped


/4 cup pitted black olives, chopped



Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan. Add artichokes and garlic and cook until tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in milk and Knorr Sauce Mix. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer about 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and capers, and simmer 1 minute. Toss sauce with hot, cooked couscous, cheese, parsley and olives. Serves 4. 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1 medium onion, chopped 1 lb. chicken breast, cubed 1 jar Patak’s Korma Curry Cooking Sauce
