Dewar’s Old Fashioned 1 tsp. caster sugar 4 drops bitters (Angostura) 2 ounce Dewar’s 18-Year-Old Cubed ice Fresh orange slice and cherry Place one teaspoon of caster sugar into a rocks glass. Add 4 drops of bitters and one measure of Dewar’s 18-Year-Old before filling the glass with cubed ice. Slowly stir, gradually adding the remaining Dewar’s, until the sugar is dissolved and the whisky is chilled and diluted. Stir for ages, then add a dash of bitters, sugar and ice. Garnish with a fresh orange slice and a cherry.
Dewar’s Ward Eight 2 ounces Dewar’s White Label Blended Scotch Whisky Juice of 2 orange wedges Juice of 2 lemon wedges 1 dash grenadine or 1 splash of pomegranate liqueur Lemon twist Combine the first four ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Peppermint Froth 1½ ounce Grey Goose Vodka 1 ounce peppermint schnapps ½ ounce simple syrup ½ ounce cream Chocolate covered candy cane

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with chocolate covered candy cane.

Bacardi Caipirinha 1 lime 1 tsp. sugar 2 ounces Bacardi Superior Rum Cut one half of the lime into small cubes or wedges and place them in a cocktail shaker. Add a teaspoon of sugar and muddle well with a pestle. Add ice and rum, then shake well. Pour into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with the remaining half of the lime.

Cazadores Venado Blanco 3 slices of ginger Dash of honey 2 ounces Cazadores Blanco 4 ounces of pink grapefruit juice Grapefruit wedge Muddle slices of ginger with a dash of honey. Add Cazadores Blanco and pink grapefruit juice. Shake ingredients with double strain into a highball glass with ice. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
Cazadores Mistletoe Margarita 1½ ounces Cazadores Reposado 2 ounces pomegranate juice ½ ounce sour mix ½ ounce triple sec Splash of fresh lime juice Candy cane Shake ingredients with ice and pour into a margarita glass. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and star anise. Serves 8 in cups.
Highland Fling 1½ ounce Buchanan’s 12-Year-Old 3 ounces milk 1 tsp. sugar Nutmeg Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg.

Jameson and Cola 1 ounce Jameson Irish Whiskey 2 ounces cola Lime wedge optional Pour the whiskey and cola in a rocks glass. Add ice and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge if desired.

Red Hood 2 ounces Patrón Reposado ½ ounce Patrón Citrónge ¾ ounce raspberry puree ¾ ounce fresh lime juice ½ ounce amber agave nectar ½ ounce pomegranate juice Lime wedge Build ingredients, add ice, shake and strain over fresh ice into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

XO Reserve Cocktail ¾ ounce Pyrat XO Reserve ¾ ounce Patrón Citrónge 3 squeezes of lime ½ ounce simple syrup Sugar Candy cane
Combine ingredients in mixing tin with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with sugar rim and candy cane.
2 ounces Pyrat XO Rum Juice of ½ lime Dash of bitters 2 ounces soda water Pineapple or grapefruit juice ¼ tsp. nutmeg Fresh cherries Combine rum, lime juice and bitters in a shaker of ice. Shake gently. Pour into a martini glass. Add soda water and a splash of either pineapple or grapefruit juice. Garnish with nutmeg and fresh cherries.

Baileys Latte ²⁄³ ounce espresso coffee 1²⁄³ ounces Baileys Irish Cream Steamed milk Froth or whipped cream Chocolate shavings Espresso beans Pour espresso coffee and Baileys in a coffee mug or coffee glass. Fill with steamed milk. Decorate the top with froth or whipped cream. Garnish with a sprinkle of chocolate shavings and espresso beans.

Casanova 1 ounce Kahlúa 2½ ounces vanilla vodka (ABSOLUT Vanilia) ¼ ounce sambuca Espresso beans
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with three espresso beans.

Don Pedro Cosmopolitan 1 ounce Don Pedro Brandy 2 ounces cranberry juice Triple sec (Hiram Walker) Lemon juice Combine the brandy and cranberry juice in a shaker with ice cubes. Add a dash of triple sec and a dash of lemon juice. Stir and strain into a martini glass.
Brandy Eggnog 1¼ ounces milk 1 ounce Don Pedro Brandy ½ ounce sugar syrup 1 egg yolk Nutmeg Pour the milk, brandy, sugar syrup and egg yolk into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.

Frozen Raspberry Champagne Fizz 1 ounce rum 1 ounce raspberry mix 2 ounces Cook’s Brut Champagne Lemon wedge Fresh raspberries Fill glass heaping full with ice. Pour first two ingredients into blender. Add ice from glass and blend until smooth. Pour champagne into empty glass then add mixture from blender to half inch from the rim. Garnish with a lemon wedge and fresh raspberries.
Let’s Pop Mimosa 3 ounces Cook’s Brut Champagne 2 ounces orange juice 1 ounce liqueur (Grand Marnier) Orange wedge Fresh strawberries Fill glass two thirds with cubed ice. Pour ingredients in order listed to half inch from top of glass. Garnish with an orange wedge and a fresh strawberry.
