He’s a joyful priest who is hilarious, entertaining, and brilliant. You don’t want to miss his excellent stories, anecdotes, and insights!

White-water rafting / Freshmen Retreat 40 spots are available for freshmen for a weekend of fun, faith, and food from Sept.23-25 at Deep Creek Lake. Cost: $20 (almost free!). Eucharistic Adoration at Newman Wednesday Adoration starts again this Wed., Sept 14, from 12:30 -10 pm. Email Fr. Greg at if you are interested and let him know what 30 minute time slot you can commit to adore every Wednesday this semester. Adoration is also on weekdays (9-10 am) and the First Friday of every month from 6-7 pm with Chipotle to follow (“Jesus and Burritos”).

TWENTY-FOURTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME Confession Father Greg is available for Confession 24/7, specifically on Sundays from 7-7:30 pm and after Mass at St. Stephen’s. Also before the Saturday Vigil Mass, after daily Mass at Newman, and by appointment. Never Buy Dinner on a Tuesday AGAIN! Every GW student is invited to eat and meet friends at our weekly Tuesday dinner at 6:00 pm at the Newman Center. Mass is celebrated at 5:30 pm. Come enjoy a FREE homemade meal cooked by our students!

Grad student Bible Study Father Greg will lead a Bible Study for GW grad students every Monday from 9-10 pm at Newman starting on Mon., Sept 12. You don’t need to commit to coming every Monday; just come when you can. Late Night Catechism Need info about the Catholic Church? Got questions? Father Greg will lead a casual, no-pressure discussion every Monday at Newman from 8-9 pm to help GW Catholics learn their faith in a fun and informative way starting on Mon., Sept 12.
