A Letter From The President The impact of Covid 19 has been a shock to many of us as we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. This has affected our employees, their families, our members, our community and our way of life. Naturally, our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus, especially those that are sick, and we are hopeful for a full recovery. We also want the best for the frontline workers who are at risk every day taking care of those in need.

We reopened our lobbies with everyone’s safety in mind. In complying with the State, County and CDC recommendations we are practicing safe distancing and have taken additional measures to reduce exposure to protect our employees and our members. While we understand it may inconvenience some, it is for the protection of all so we can continue to meet your financial needs. If you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to learn about and use our digital services platforms. The health and safety of our people will continue to be at the center of our decision making.

HOW TO GET STARTED 1. Log onto home banking using our Gulf Credit Union mobile app.

2. iPhone: Select camera icon Android: Select remote deposit from the menu 3. Endorse your checks (signature, account number and the words "for mobile deposit only" at Gulf Credit Union*) and follow the steps to make your mobile deposit. Within seconds, you'll see confirmation that the deposit was received - it's that easy!

HURRICANE PREPARATION Hurricane Season 2020 : June 1– November 30 Here are some actions you can take to be ready.

Evacuation Planning: When a hurricane threatens, evacuating is the smartest move. When local officials call for an evacuation, get going without delay.

Make a checklist of what you need to do before you leave town and review it.

Monitor NOAA weather radio and local TV and radio broadcasts during storm season.

Prepare an emergency supply kit including: radio, flashlight, extra batteries, extra eye glasses, bottled water, non-perishable food, dry clothes, bedding, insurance information, important documents, medications, copies of prescriptions and special products for babies, the elderly and medically fragile family members.

Don't forget cash, your ATM/Debit/Credit card(s).

Learn your evacuation routes. Make sure you have a FULL TANK OF GAS before you leave. Expect traffic delays.

Include your pets in your emergency plans. Create a list of available pet friendly lodging along your evacuation route.

Build a separate emergency kit for your pets including food, water, treats, their favorite toy, vet records and tags.

ATM SAFETY TIPS PROTECTING YOUR CARD • Always protect your ATM/Debit/Credit card and keep it in a safe place.

• Do not leave your card lying around the house or on your desk at work.

Immediately notify your financial institution if it is lost or stolen.

• Keep your Personal Identification Number (PIN) a secret.

• Never give any information about your card or PIN over the telephone.

USING AN ATM • Be aware of your surroundings, particularly at night.

• Have your card ready and in your hand as you approach the ATM. • Visually inspect the ATM for possible skimming devices.

• Be careful that no one can see you enter your PIN at the ATM. • To keep your account information confidential, always take your receipts or transaction records with you.

• Do not count or visually display any money you received from the ATM. • If you are using a drive-up ATM, be sure passenger windows are rolled up and all doors are locked.

• If the lights at the ATM are not working, don't use it.

• Use ATMs inside the building whenever possible.

• Utilize our remote control card feature to assist in preventing fraud.

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USING AN ATM AT NIGHT • Park close to the ATM in a well-lighted area.

• Take another person with you, if at all possible.
