These frozen treats are simple to make and delicious to devour. The ham and cheese spirals are also quite easy to make and they perfect for a quick snack or for lunch. They are very filling, tasty, and easy to modify to the ingredients that you may already have.

• ½ cup whipping cream • Sprinkles, miniature chocolate chips, or chopped peanuts – if desired

1. Combine pudding mix, sugar and milk in a microwave-safe bowl 2. Microwave on high for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until slightly thickened 3. Cool pudding mixture for 20 minutes, stirring often 4. Whip cream until soft peaks form, and fold into pudding mixture 5. Pour 1 tablespoon of sprinkles or other topping into each of 12 3-ounce disposable cups or popsicle molds, then fill with pudding mixture and place in freezer 6. If using cups, wait 5 minutes, then add a popsicle stick to the center of each pop 7. Freeze until firm (approximately 4 hours)
