THIS ISSUE: DREAMS CRYSTALS YOUNGSTARS RISING

SUDOKO HEALING PLUS MUCH MORE …...

Greetings Everyone and welcome to the first issue of Merkaba: Keeping Life Real Come on inside. Sit down. Grab a cuppa and put your feet up because you're in for an adventure. I love watching Disney films because they bring out the child in me and send me into that magical place of imagination, daring me to dream and now as a result of dreaming Merkaba was born. “All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them. Walt Disney 2013 has certainly been an interesting year and continues to be so for us at Esther Austin Global www.estheraustinglobal.com. As we launch this quarterly on-line magazine and watch our empire continue to expand we are delighting in the process and art of manifesting pure magic. The name of the magazine was suggested by a dear friend, Sister Abbaanah, and what a beautiful suggestion. Merkaba means 'the chariot' or 'a divine light vehicle.' The name also means a vehicle used to connect with the higher divine spirits. Therefore my wish for this magazine is for it to be a guiding light, offering tools, information, guidance and advice which empower you into your own greatness and where you become the guru of your own life. So, what dreams do you have for your life? What is your Soul Purpose? How would you like to serve humanity? Yet more importantly, this journey is more to do with us all stepping into our own personal greatness so that our lives become a testimony of our own truth whilst also empowering others to do and be the same. I am joined on this journey by my two beautiful sons Cameron, article below, and Ashley and lovely jubbly and incredibly supportive partner Kenneth Barrett. Ken will be writing a column on Health and Longevity, which is his greatest passion and answering any of your questions in his column. So get yourself geared up for a potpourri of inspiration from competitions, great interviews, comedy and much more. Also look out for our retreats coming in 2014 at some stunning locations where we will work with you to restore the whole of you. I would also like to say a HUGE thank you to those special people who have kindly contributed to the magazine and for sharing what you have done from the heart, authentically. A big thank you to Wayne Dalphinis for the front cover design called REBIRTH. Read more about Wayne in the followng pages. Also introducing resident photographer Daisy Barrett whose photos you can see throughout the magazine. If you have any suggestions for the magazine or would like to write in to us about what's on your mind email me. Love Esther , Editor Email: editor@estheraustinglobal.com

Dreams are like fireflies drifting in and out of our consciousness a vibration of humid colours swirling between and betwix the various dimensions of our time of our worlds sometimes lucid and fluid other times tangible concepts which when grasped in hand sits well within the palm of creation Dreams tiptoe thought into reality manifesting the totality of concepts and ideas often harboured long within hope and desire of the heart materialising through the density of fear and doubt leaping through atoms and molecules into a space of nothingness drawing clarity into focus the intangible creating the tangible All Rights Reserved©Esther Austin

YOUNGSTARS RISING Don't Give Up on your Dreams By Cameron Austin I believe in today's society as a young person having a dream or a vision of what you want to be in the future is important.

Your parents may tell you this from young that you might not know what you want to be for certain but wherever you are at in your life make sure that any goals you have at that present moment in time to work towards them as its better to work towards something rather-than nothing.

Also you never know whether projects you may start at one stage in life may help you later on in life. As an individual you need to decide for yourself what personal achievement and success is to you. Success comes in many forms to many people tangible and intangible.

For example, for myself an achievement or success is not necessarily based on wealth but also as a designer having my work appreciated, recognised is a personal success in its own rather-than the wealth game. Although the wealth game would be seen as another form of success and one to which I am also aspiring to. The main advice is don't give up, make sure you are passionate about what you do and make sure you are happy doing it. Do Dreams Really Come True or is it all in the Fairy Tale? By Efia White I guess the first time I would have been introduced to the idea of having Dreams would have been as I sat and intently watched Disney films as a child. I’m not ashamed to admit that I’m just as in love with my favourite Disney films now as I ever was. My sister and I have created quite the ritual throughout the years… the snacks, the singing, speaking the words of our favourite lines! It’s got me wanting to watch ‘The Aristocats’ just thinking about it (I haven’t seen that one in a while).

I can only speak for us girls of course, but I do think that the idea of Fairytale Endings, Prince Charming included, is something that’s been ingrained in us from an early age, (not just through Disney), and I’m no exception. I suppose what’s important is that you take away the idea that it’s not impossible to be happy and to ‘have it all’, within reason of course, and not without hard work! Having dreams is all well and good but it’s having the right role models, the right mind set, that get you where you want to be…for the most part in any case. There are always those lucky few, who just fall into their perfect lives. The danger comes from dragging your heels too long, waiting to become one of those people.

That’s what I’ve learned from my role models. No-one terribly exciting to anybody else, not a singer or an actor, which is not to say I don’t highly respect certain people in the public eye, but people much closer to home, my parents. It’s not just because they are the most hard working people I know, or that they have gone through more than any one person should go through in a lifetime and still get up out of bed in the morning and fight for their family, but they have built a life together that encompasses my dream. It makes sense that your role model/s have or do what you want and in a way that you admire, and my dream is first and foremost about my family.

I suppose it’s pretty cliché, and maybe a bit disappointing to some people that I don’t dream of something bigger, but for the most part I crave simplicity. I think that’s because of the life I have led so far…full of, lets say, complications, dealt to me by fate or chance…whichever.

I dream of motherhood (intensely), owning and enjoying my own small and successful business (enabling me to live comfortably) and finding that ‘Prince Charming’ to share it with…that one I think has come true! I will have to keep working to fulfil the rest. Efia White Entrepreneur - Artist, Designer Contact: backdropexperience@live.com

The 4-Point Plan Program: A Personal Development program designed by Esther Austin for clients who need further clarity, guidance and support about issues that come up in their readings. The plan offers a mix of Coaching, Reiki, Intuitive Healing, Hypno-analysis and regression therapy and consists of: 1) A Consultation 2) Plan of action 3) Execution 4) Conclusion and Resolution

Talking From the Heart with Esther Austin In this section Esther, otherwise known as “The 60 Second Soul liberator” because she gets to the heart and root of problems fast, offers insightful readings, guidance and clarity to those burning questions which you need answers to. Esther is a gifted intuitive psychic and intuitive healer. Merkeba will print four questions from 4 selected readers each Issue which Esther will answer. There will be also be guest appearances from other Intuitive Readers from time to time to answer your questions. So what is an Intuitive Reading or Psychic Reading? An intuitive psychic reading can be a powerful tool for gaining depth and insight into self and life. It is a snapshot of your life which may provide suggested actions or directions to take, it does not predict the future. The future is not necessarily an unchangeable thing. Free-will allows one the ability to create the desired future. In that sense, a reading can support you in taking responsibility for your life. When intuitive advice is sought, it should not be used solely in making important life decisions. Use it as useful information to consider, alongside what you feel within your own inner self. Testimonials from recent readings: “Dear Esther Can I just say you are simply an extraordinary reader - what you wrote in response to my question is true in both what I sense (about that man) and what I know, e.g. partly about myself. I'm so glad and grateful to you that you helped me to sort out my self a little more - you put into words some aspects of my personality I had problems to name to see things more clear and now all things have just fallen into place. You are truly gifted, but you know this already) Anna - 18th November 2013

------------------------------------------------------------------"I had my reading done with Esther and I must say that she literally said things that would be impossible for her to know, she didn't know anything about me, and her reading was spot on. I was gob-smacked with how much precision she could see into my past, present and future plans, predict things that no one knew about but myself and my close ones". Tias - November 2013

------------------------------------------------------------------My reading with Esther was spot on as to the events in my life at that moment. It was very clear and concise and included information that could not have possibly be known by Esther. The reading has been a guide on the way I have moved forward and has enabled me to focus on key aspects of my life. I fully recommend Esther’s readings to anyone who needs that little push or confirmation. I have had my second reading now and a third is in the diary! Thank you so much Adrian - November 2013

Experiencing the Divine Within: Gnosticism, Carl Jung, and  Archetypal Dreamwork by Ellen Leonard Dreams come night after night to turn our world upside down. How does our reality get upended? By accepting the invitation of dreams to move toward feelings that, with all of our good intentions, we unconsciously or consciously avoid – the intense feelings of pain, fear, and love at our core. Our dreams bring terror, blood and battle, the tenderest of love, and ecstatic sensuality. They do not want us to know the divine; they implore us to feel the divine. In a radical revisioning of healing, if we surrender to our dreams and move toward the feelings they offer, they will guide us step by step into the darkness of our unconscious to discover the authentic experience of divine light.

Carl Jung learned this during his own unexpected and terrifying spiritual descent, which he documented in the recently released The Red Book, which was kept secret for almost 100 years, until its release in 2009, in our time.

The world today is ready for the radical healing dreams offer. North of Eden Archetypal Dreamwork, founded by Marc Bregman and Christa Lancaster, teaches that the path back to the soul that knows divine connection is lit by the dreams the unconscious delivers to each one of us every night.

Jung’s work directly parallels the journey many have been taking through Archetypal Dreamwork for the past 40 years. Inspired by Jung and the early Gnostics, but working intuitively with his own dreams and those of his clients, Marc Bregman evolved a way for people to move beyond the limits of traditional psychotherapy. Working with the divine male and female energies that come as archetypal figures in dreams, Bregman learned to step aside and let the dreams lead him and his clients through a deeper transformation of their psyches and their lives to a place many, like Carl Jung, would refer to as divine – a place of surrender and inner support unencumbered by the driving forces of the ego and the false promises of the mind. The work is done in one-on-one sessions and using a group enactment process in retreats and workshops all over the world. The power of dreams lies in their profound connection to each person’s individual psyche – each dream is designed to deliver a specific seed of knowing and experience that holds the potential for the dreamer to transform. They come with ferocity, great passion, love, and humor to show us how the divine sees us and to invite us to move toward our authentic selves. Death of The Ego – Oil Painting by Wayne Dalphinis

Esther Interviews Artist Wayne Dalphinis about his work Esther caught up with Wayne, artist of the front cover image of this magazine and other images in the magazine. Here he shares his inspirations, his passion about his work and gives us an insight into his spirtual walk. In a Nutshell who is Wayne? I am a newly awakened being, on a Spiritual Path learning to be more true to myself by being more, open, accepting and loving to myself and others. Learning to accept and live in the now, and not worry about the pass and future as it is all a fabrication of the mind. Does being in the now mean you have cleared or resolved issues which may come up from your past and if so how does this influence your learning and/or growth? I do not know if I would use the words cleared or resolved my issues, more of coming to an acceptance of what has happened to me and being able to choose my response to certain issues and not react to them which may of badly affected me in the past (or try my best, sometimes people can push you though, lol). I have definitely grown from learning to live in the now as I realize I have more control over my life and my emotions, so I consider myself truly blessed to be able to channel and express them through my Art, in a positive way. What are your Spiritual beliefs and Practices if any? I have only one Spiritual belief and that is we are all connected to Source Energy. My way of connecting to this energy is through Meditation and my Yoga Practise. But I have been truly blessed with the ability to express the connection I have with source through my Art. I have a very strong calling towards the path of the Shaman, so for now I am letting my Spirit guide me up this path. Where do you draw your inspiration from? There are two wells I draw my inspiration from. The first well, are my life experiences and how I perceive them happening outside myself. Witnessing life’s ups and downs, creating emotions within me that are charged through these experiences and then I express it through my Art. The second is my spiritual connection to Source Energy, where I see myself as a channel for things beyond my minds compression to come out and be expressed through my Art. Now the mix of the emotions created by the outer world and going into the inner world and opening up to my imagination I am able to create what I consider to be true Art. Is there a process you go through when you paint? Well I have an idea or vision that usually comes to me while meditating, when I am exercising or sometimes just going about life. Now with this vision in my head I begin to have this over whelming urge to get it out of my head, and the longer I do not let it out of my head I become very frustrated and unhappy inside. I usually sketch out a rough idea in my sketchbook so I

can start bringing the vision to life. I then walk around observing life, go to galleries and scan the internet for visual references, building up a jig saw puzzle that depicts my vision. When I find all the visual pieces I am looking for, I collage all the images together to create the final piece. Who are you being when you Paint? I am able to be my true self with no social restrictions. When I really start getting into a painting, I feel as if I am being possessed by my vision and creating it to the point where I literally zone out. I allow myself to become obsessed and consumed by the work, to be truthful I believe my hand is being guided by something deep within me, I feel as if I become one with Source energy and feel a greatness within me that is indescribable and when I look at the work my hand has produced I myself am amazed at the images I create. What is important to you on this journey called life? Well first of all, my daughter is my little Angel sent down to me and I am so blessed to have her in my life. What is important to me is to try to be one with life, with nature and the people around me. To have this loving connections, which starts from within and then let it manifest outside to create the world around me. I believe I am a spiritual being having a human experience so it is important to me to live up to my full potential spiritually, physically and mentally within this body I have been blessed with. Can you tell us a little bit about the main cover of the magazine called rebirth and how it came about? Rebirth is the first painting of the Ascension Collection. I was inspired to creating it from my own spiritual awakening, where I found my universe just open up for me and I found myself in a place with endless possibilities and to be truthful a scary place as I started to take responsibility and understand that I am the creator of my own reality. I started to feel liberated with this vision downloaded into my consciousness and it literally felt as if I had given birth, that I released something very strong from within when I finished painting it on to the canvass. The man lying down is a representation of the higher self born in to the Universe with roots of a seedling connecting him to the earth. As I love music I painted the musical notes in big, bold, bright colours to bring a fun dimension to the piece. The overall message of the painting is new beginnings. Do people commission you for your work? When I finished University in 2010, I sold a few portrait paintings to friends and was even commissioned to do the pictures of a children’s book, but soon found it hard to survive financially and I was not in the right place within myself to dedicate my life to becoming a Artist. I now feel ready within myself to be a Professional Artist and have taken the very scary step of leaving my day job to pursue my dreams, by practising my artistic skills and working on my talent daily to create my visions and share them with the world. Sorry back to the question I am now opened to receive commissions as I have just really started on the path of a Professional Artist. What words of inspiration or quote can you leave with everyone? Whatever you think you create. You create every single thing that happens to you in your life. What are you thinking/creating now in your life? Contact: wdalphinis@gmail.com, 07951 429467

Tarot Cards by Mojana Williams “I use Tarot as an aid to tapping into the universal consciousness, which enhances and guides one’s life journey to true enlightenment.”

It is believed that Tarot card reading has been used as a divination tools for centuries. First used as a card game in the 13th century and as a divination tool around the 18 th century. In a Tarot card reading the pictures on the cards reflects the story of the enquirer's life’s events. In order to provide a proficient reading, along with the visuals on the tarot cards, my body is used as a vessel for the divine energy to reveal what needs to be told to the enquirer.

These days Tarot cards and other divination tools such as astrology, numerology, runes, etc are now common place and well sort after. The psychic phenomena, Tarot especially are now well established; from face to face readings, telephone readings, emails and even texting. There are also TV channels dedicated to ‘live’ Tarot readings and the internet is full of various Tarot websites.

All in all, Tarot has come a long way and will continue to be one of the successful divination tools for centuries to come. For a Consultation with Mojana Williams, Tarot Card Consultant Email: mojana.mystics@gmail.com, Mobile: 07958 244813

Can the Power of The Now be found in Our Dreams? By Kenneth Barrett When I was asked to do an article on dreams, my immediate thoughts were, "I rarely have dreams that I remember and vivid dreams that I do recollect are few and far between". I also am not in the habit of trying to interpret them in the pursuit of any great meaning although I do recognise that dream reading is a gift or acquired skill that can be of great value to people.

As well as dreams that occur during sleep, the word dream is used in many other contexts such as daydreaming, having a dream for the future, dream goals etc. I believe that in all cases it is true to say that dreams are imaginary events that occur in the subconscious mind and are recreated as being real in the conscious mind in various degrees of intensity.

In my continual quest for personal and spiritual growth I have become exposed to some mind blowing concepts that have subtly, slowly but surely begun to change my paradigm, or in other words the way I view the world and my existence.

My latest encounter is the book "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle (1) in which he describes the importance of being "present", living not in the past or the future. Surrendering to the Now to find a way out of psychological pain; finding your authentic human power, finding inner peace. In the Now problems do not exist, we discover that we already complete and perfect.

Tolle says that recognising that you are not your mind and that the single most vital step on your journey to enlightenment is to learn to dis-identify with your mind. Every time you create a gap in the stream of mind, the light of your consciousness grows stronger. (1) Tolle E, Pub. Crystal Healing by Naomi Tamayama Crystal

healing involves placing crystals on or around the body to benefit the person’s well being whether it be; physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually. Crystals have been used in healing for thousands of years with records of crystals from Chinese, Egyptian and European cultures with amulets dating back to 75000 BCE. As times have moved on more and more people have included the use of crystals in their life for a multitude of different reasons. From use in tribes for sacred rights to the ever growing field of complimentary therapy where crystals can be used on their own in effective treatments or to enhance other therapeutic treatments. Crystal healing is one of the most effective and cheaply engineered means of changing your life; mentally and physically. This leads to the next important question which is how do they work? This can be explained in many ways for the scientifically minded; crystals have an electrical charge within their structure (known as piezoelectric energy). This is a small measurable electric charge that crystals produce when squeezed. They also change shape when a charge is put into them; this ability has been harnessed for Quartz which is used to control the frequency of radio broadcasting (and other electrical devices). I like to explain this as an electromagnetic energy field which can also be called an aura. This is the energy used in healing. For example if we are stressed or ill etc, our energy becomes out of balance and by choosing a crystal that we feel connected to when its aura enters our aura it brings us back to a state of balance.

There

are many beliefs about using crystals and the most important thing to remember is trust your intuition. When choosing a crystal try not to think too much just allow yourself to be guided by your senses rather than with what the little card says by the crystal. That way you will always be intuitively guided to the right crystal for you.

There are some crystals that are toxic and should be used with caution.

If in doubt always ask the person you are purchasing from. A good group of crystals to start with are the Quartz family as they are non toxic and have a variety of different properties.

Quickest way to start working with crystals is to carry them in your pocket, wear as jewellery or place in an appropriate room. For example crystals for sleep are best placed under the pillow or bed, whereas crystals for clarity of thought or concentration would be best placed in the office or carried in your pocket at school.

It is important to keep your crystal's energy at its strongest and purest which is why cleansing crystals is important as some crystals absorb energy and do not release it so they start to feel a little flat or may even look dull.

Cleaning a crystal can simply be done by placing it in the light of the full moon for 24 hours, smudging with sage, using singing bowls (or bells) to vibrate around the crystal or placing in water (some crystals dissolve in water so check first).

A

nice way also to connect with a crystal is to use it in meditation. Sit comfortably either on the floor with your legs crossed or on a comfy chair with your feet on the ground. Close your eyes and holding the crystal in between the palms of your hands sit for 5-10 minutes allowing you to feel the crystals energy. Then slowly bring your awareness back to the room open your eyes and carry on with your day. Some people feel an immediate connection to the crystal, or have images or visions. For some it is simply a deeply peaceful experience, try it with different crystals and see if you experience different things when using them and it is a perfect excuse for 5-10 minutes of ‘Me’ time.

Festive Rawsome by Anita Mckenzie December is just around the corner and many of us will be thinking about how we are going to celebrate the festive season. If you have been exploring a raw food lifestyle for a while, you will know that just like finding suitable places to eat out, eating in, at gatherings, family events and seasonal celebrations can present us numerous food choice challenges and temptations, about how and what we want to eat to stay healthy.

Traditionally this time of year offers the opportunity to create special food treats for our loved ones and favorite people; it’s a time when we can show off a bit of our rawsome food know how, to wow those with unconverted taste-buds.

A couple of years ago I created a raw 3-course Christmas menu for Gina Yashere’s appearance on the ever-popular ‘Come Dine with Me’ Christmas Special on Channel4. A great menu, which included Christmas cocktails! So if you were wondering what you could offer your guests and family, this as a really easy menu to follow (see the link below), which I can also teach you how to make.

It’s best not to make a big deal about your meal being raw, but just to let your guests know in advance that you will be creating a special alternative to conventional expectation, just because they too are special people to you. Make sure you rovide a well-presented meal, full of variety, tastes and colour; that is not served cold straight from the fridge, except possibly for the dessert option you may choose to make. There are so many lovely rawsome examples for you to choose from, things like stuffed mushrooms, cranberry relish, un-turkey loaf, hearty holiday stuffing and festive mince pies (all raw of course)! The Internet is an abundant place of wonderful free recipe offerings for you to download and you can certainly find the recipes I used on the Chanel4 website.

At this time of year, my usual raw food demonstration class (next one on 7th December 2013) will provide you with lovely easy examples of dishes you can incorporate into your seasonal menu. You usually get to eat everything that I prepare and off course I will demonstrate how to make delicious raw mince pies!

The most important thing to remember is that however you intend to approach the end of year season, with it’s many cultural and religious celebrations, the raw food lifestyle offers you an ongoing opportunity to achieve wellbeing through your personal choices. Auntie Gertrude's Corner The Art of NonConformity Since becoming an adult and the painful process of that transition, I fought hard to maintain the independence of my uniqueness for not being a crowd follower or pleaser and was happily ostracised for it – whooppeeee. You now won't find me doing a 9-5, in a suit, or being trapped in following one way of doing things nor doing anything which means I am part of the Status Quo. That's just me. We have all been entrained in some way and to some degree in how we experience life and how we do life yet dreaming and the power of the imagination has changed that for me so much that life is pretty much a daily adventure. Never one to conform, I have often been on the outside of the congregation of sheep who bleat on about conforming and doing things the way they have always been done and not going against the grain. The grass is not always greener on the other side, it may even be blue but you won't know until you step out of the box. Mind now as you might just slip over the edge, hitting a few rocks as you go. Remember the book by Susan Jeffers? “Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway?” Not always easy to step out of what we have always known but it's certainly worth a try and I admit there have been times when I too have feared stepping into the unknown. Yet what helps in stepping outside the box are those big, sometimes wacky dreams and going into that beautiful place of the imagination where amazing things are created and endless possibilities are explored, mastered and manifested.

As a child I used to have the most amazing experiences going into that wonderful hub of imagination. I remember prancing about in my bedroom with my imaginary friends and it was wonderful as I could go anywhere I wanted to. I could be Peter Pan or Tinker Bell, I could even be Pinocchio … hmmm maybe not as he lied a lot. My parents were Bajan (dramatic pause) from the Caribbean (more pausing) Strict Christian folk (Long pause now). Are you catching my drift? They... simply.... didn't do lies and would've beaten the nose off me if I even contemplated lying just once. “Limitations live only in our minds. But if we use our imaginations, our  possibilities become limitless.”   Jamie Paolinetti quotes (American Schroeder  Iron Pro Cycling)

Wherever my imagination took me there was a potpourri of excitement and adventure and I'd prance and dance to my hearts' content. I had to be quiet at times though when I got carried away. I would hear the “doof, doof, doofing” of a broom banging on the kitchen ceiling below with a “keep the noise down.” I was never a child to be rude, I valued the skin on my backside too much and any attempt to answer back with a “leave me alone” was likely to be met with a stern look from what we used to call “The EYE.” That was the eye that didn't blink, it was silent like Ninja and it looked right into your Soul simply suggesting that I dare not answer back.

My dreams were incredibly powerful on another level.

Sometimes they were scary but usually they were very very real. Being highly intuitive my dreams would show me what was going to happen in reality. I would see things before they occurred.

When I was in my twenties and still prancing about (yep late developer) people would often joke that I was always away with the fairies and they were not far wrong. My little Irish Spirit Guide who was very protective over me had a few choice words for those who thought me weird though. I would never dare utter what my little Green friend would howl in my head. I feared I would be found at the church altar the following Sunday surrounded by cloves of garlic and a steak through my third eye. Others would find it really funny to sneer “anybody home?” as I was so much in my head space. Once again I am glad my vocabulary was rather limited leaving double and triple profanities to others who did not have parents who gave them the “EYE. But my Irish Spirit Guide understood why I was always in my head because engaging with boring stereocrats (new word) whose stifled outlook on life and traditional, dry and limited conversation often bored me witless.

So where is this article going you may well ask?

Well I simply want to say that dreams and imagination brings life to life itself.

The creative processes of our own mind and workings is limitless.

Can you imagine if Walt Disney didn't believe in imagination? Cinderella's coach would've turned into a suet pudding and the relationship between Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs would be prudently seen as sinful and be condemned to …..well, I will leave that up to your imagination!

So now with the birth and launch of Merkeba, as your Auntie, I am encouraging you to dream BIG. This magazine is going to make your head spin, hopefully clockwise. Spirit Guides, Nightmares and Angels – What are Dreams really all about Alfe? There

are so many ways to interpret dreams in reality; conscious and subconscious. It connects with individual thoughts and mind process and is therefore symbolic. Dreams depict your innermost thoughts, fears and unexpressed emotions. If you observe and interpret your own emotional state of mind, you can well and truly change thought patterns and information processes.

Peaceful dreams tend to occur through positive emotional feelings, they can be channelled via spirit guides and angels (if you believe in this) communicating with you when they feel you need direction, guidance and protection. Nightmares tend to be what is embedded in your deep subconscious, unexpressed emotions and thoughts. They can also be evoked by psychic attacks; this is when individuals connect with each other through the minds; creating psychic energetic bonds. This is when an individual's negative thought omit from within to the person they are subconsciously connecting with, at times they do not even realise they are doing this; attacking you with their mind, wishing for bad things to happen or envying your energy and you in the physical form so deeply and heartfelt, it has repercussions on your life, which can fall apart around you and leave you thinking ‘what and why is this happening to me?’

In the same way you can have beautiful positive lucid dreams as well, which of course come through your positive thoughts and subconscious. Telepathically and energetically connecting with each other, be it souls, spirits or entities. They send you amazing, beautiful messages and insight into your daily life. You wake up feeling energised, refreshed, happy and light, with a sense of direction. When you embrace these feelings and carry them with you all day long you will definitely notice, know and feel fantastic.

Either

way what occurs in your sleep, whether positive or negative can have great implications in your waking moments and life, causing you to be in a fantastic mood or a really unhappy, foul mood. This can actually make you realise how your whole day could turn out or what you can do to change your thought processes, in order to make sure you can have a better day should the need be.

All dreams can be interpreted as signs if you allow them to lead you, guide you and connect with your conscious mind. If you utilise the messages you receive from your dreams and apply them to your everyday life that is the first step of acknowledging oneself and making changes for a better you. Be the Light and let the light be. You will definitely attract more of what you are than what you are not if you listen within.
