WHAT'S INSIDE THIS ISSUE:

How to describe Erasmus projects Little guidelines that will help you from our trainer Antonino Imbesi

When describing a project -read the questions very carefully, to be sure - several times, asking yourself "Am I understanding correctly, or am I being asked something else?" -use all characters in the field -describe it as if the reader has no idea what it's about -some questions look the same, but they're not, they're just very similar -maximum details Don't forget that it's competition and rivalry - what you do, someone else probably does, but better (project description) Strives for the maximum in every detail. Do not forget that, after all, project evaluation is subjective. If the project was not approved but received a lot of points (1-2 points below the minimum), you can modify it a little and apply it again the next call. -attach the scores from the front audit (the front stake assessment) -write the adapted things in CAPITAL LETTERS - this way you will emphasize the improvements following the guidance from the feedback of the previous assessment.

Starting with small projects and gradually developing larger projects

Logical framework How to make a good LF We discuss and implement the different types of logical frameworks. Our team made the LF of their projects and implement their knowledge.

The Logical Frame Matrix : is a matrix tool used to support the designing, managing, monitoring and evaluating of international projects. It includes all indicators: Objectives(Wider and Specific), Outputs(tangible) and outcomes(intangible), Activities, Inputs, Indicators of progress, assumptions and risks.

IDEAS - THE MOST IMPORTANT Advices for writing projects Good design IDEA

How to Deal with Erasmus Projects Pepino Franco

Our trainer was also Pepino Franco Vice President of Euro-Net, Potenza. An innovator in education, designer, manager and creator of Euro projects. Expert in Erasmus+ and EU funding. Teacher in European projects in master's classes. Expert in creative problem solving methodology.

Be willing to abandon your idea if it conflicts with the requirements of the program you are applying for, even though the idea is like your child. "Are you lonely?" - in reality projects are written by only 1 person or 1 organization realistically - all partners should participate in the project You have to choose your project partners very carefully. -friends are not a priority -partners must have a concrete contribution to the project, their expert role -don't worry about unpartnering someone you've invited -the correct selection determines the approval results Communication between partners is extremely important! ADVICES -clarify your own idea -fill it out, print it, put it in front of you and use it while writing your project proposal -be coherent - great importance in approval -Good design idea -Objectively described -It can be measured/assessed Clearly structured

BRANDING OF THE PROJECT T r a i n i n g c o u r s e a b o u t E r a s m u s p r o je c ts

Dissemination is very important Different ways of dissemination

In our project, we made two different types of objects for dissemination - bags, and tags. All the participants had one as a present at the beginning of the training. What is dissemination? European projects give importance to the dissemination aspect, which, integrated with communication and exploitation, can deliver a project to success. Dissemination is about describing the results of your activity, making the results available to be used for research or industry purposes, and making an impact. You can use as many channels, each one with a different goal: magazine, journals, and newspapers, where you can publish an article describing your work; social media networks, to be used to build your reputation online by disseminating the results; workshops are an engaging way to present the outcomes of your project; events, like conferences, fairs, and exhibitions where you can meet specialist audiences.

DISSEMINATION OF THE PROJECT IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THING

А study visit in Matera The old capital of culture Matera is a European Capital of Culture for 2019 together with Plovdiv.

Our team was so excited to visit this amazing town in Italy. So much history and old stories. We spend the whole day there exploring the city and

Archaeologically the most interesting town in Italy''

also the center for events. Lots of impressions from that beautiful place. Matera has gained international fame for its ancient town, the "Sassi di Matera". The Sassi originated in a prehistoric troglodyte settlement, and these dwellings are thought to be among the first ever human settlements in what is now Italy. The Sassi are habitations dug into the calcareous rock itself, which is characteristic of Basilicata and Apulia. Many of them are really little more than small caverns, and in some parts of the Sassi a street lies on top of another group of dwellings.

THE BEAUTIFUL BASILICATA MOUNTAIN TOUR AROUND POTENZA

THEY MAKE BEER FROM OLD BREAD AND FEED MORE THAN 2500 FAMILY

Our team was so excited to visit Potenza because she looks so similar to our town in Bulgaria - Smolyan. The origins of Castelmezzano date to approximately between the 6th and 5th centuries BC, when Greek settlers got into the valley of Basento and founded a town called Maudoro, meaning roughly the world of gold. A very interesting outdoor activity is: The Volo dell'Angelo (Angel Flight) is a high-speed zip line crossing the valley between Castelmezzano and neighbouring Pietrapertosa, offering a suggestive view at over 400 meters (1,300 feet) from the ground at speeds of 120 km/h (70 mph).

To the north is the closely built old town on the peninsula between two modern harbours, with the Basilica of Saint Nicholas, the Cathedral of San Sabino (1035– 1171) and the Hohenstaufen Castle built for Frederick II, which is now also a major nightlife district. Italy was such an amazing country to visit and also to learn about Erasmus!
