How does your organisation remain relevant as a top-of-mind employer amongst students? How do you communicate your organisation’s EVPs to such a young audience? EVP can be a foreign acronym to those outside the job market, especially amongst the students. Being millennials and Gen Zs born in the digital era, these students are digital natives. To effectively communicate with them, we leverage their digital habits such as using social media

platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to interact and tell our stories and values as an organisation. We also showcase what life is like as employees of Bank Islam to attract these young talents. The young audience is also very comfortable interacting with us digitally or virtually. Without the limitation of time and distance of traditional career events, we can reach out to a more significant demographic of the young audience.
